I was slightly nervous about my visit to SmileKind as I had been referred there by my dentist to have an impacted wisdom tooth and a snapped off molar removed. I was reassured by Dr Bilal who was assisted by Libby. The teeth were removed very quickly, with no pain at all. It was almost a pleasure having this procedure carried out and I wouldn't hesitate to return should any other 'difficult' tooth removals be deemed necessary. I was extremely pleased with my treatment, the whole procedure took about 12 minutes.

Absolutely disgusted the way I was turned away for being 7 mins late due to traffic. I left Poole at 09.30am to be at SmileKind for 10am appointment which would leave me 15 mins to be on time. After trying multiple times to call at 09.42am to let them know there was traffic at LV roundabout and the sat nav went from 09.45am arrival to 10.07am arrival. The waiting room had people already in there waiting to be seen who were on time but behind for their appointment due to the dentist also no receptionist in reception. I was in the waiting area until 10.14am, before being seen to be told the dentist works to strict deadlines and will not be seeing you today you will have to rebook the appointment. I said I have been trying to call you multiple times but no answer also on the 0330 number which is closed at weekends to let you know there was traffic. The lady did not have a care in the world. I also explained I have been waiting for this appointment since August could you please help? No ....... I will be contacting NHS booking line on Monday to rebook but not at this dentist. I would rather travel to Dorchester where I had a great experience at The Royal Terrace Dental Practice.

Had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Bilal was a pro. I mean I was in and out in 8 minutes for a wisdom tooth removal. I was beyond shocked (in a good way haha). Natalie was lovely and reassuring when the injection had me tensing up. Honestly felt so at ease, laughed a lot and left feeling uplifted. Your way with people and clear experience *chefs kiss* 🙌🏼

Smile Kind thank you very much. My daughter has been suffering with a tooth infection for months. The tooth needed to be taken out. We went to see Sammi today and within minutes he had examined my daughter and the tooth was out. Me and my daughter Sarah Knight can’t thank you enough.

Do not use, they get you in to have xrays and discuss treatment. Paid £150 for xrays, they came back saying I couldn't have sedation.i booked to have treatment without sedation, I was 14 minutes late due to traffic although I gave myself an extra hour to get there. They cancelled my appointment and said I had to pay £100 because I didn't turn up.i tried to call the surgery prior to me being late to give them advance notice.45 minutes after my apptmt someone called me and started having a go at me. I was crying because I was late and I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. The receptionist gad no compassion at all, she lied about my number of phone calls, she was speaking over me. I tried to tell her the phone service wasn't working and she told me it was. She was arrogant, rude and should not be employed as receptionist. I would have thought knowing how upset I was would be kindcand supportive but no, total opposite. She kept saying do you want to pay £100 now so I can book in again. I started to have epileptic fit as the receptionist just didn't care at all. I had already paid £50 deposit so i wasn't going to pay anything more. So I have paid £200 for noth8ng, they have refused to give me my deposit back. Totally disgusting service, beware if you do go to them, do not hand over any money. I am now taking them to court for n9n compliance and theft

I was referred to have my wisdom tooth extracted on the NHS. Oral surgery Ltd did a brilliant job. It was easy to arrange the appointment at Smilekind and I was offered an appointment time convenient for me. Bilal did a brilliant job removing my tooth, he was very quick and efficient, explained everything and I barely felt a thing! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing extraction if I could give 10 stars I would due to the amount of care and consideration Sami showed by explaining everything very clearly and precisely, aswell as this he managed to get the whole tooth out in one go so there was nothing left in my gums at all he is very professional and efficient. For these reasons I would recommend them to anyone needing a decayed tooth removed I can’t put into words how excellent the service was (definitely worth every penny). Many thanks again to Sami and the team at Smilekind I really appreciate the service and I will definitely be coming back if I need any extractions in the future.

My dentist said they couldn't remove my tooth so I got referred to Dorchester for removal on the NHS and they again said they wouldn't be able to remove and I would need to go to hospital and put to sleep for the removal. So I was very unsure if paying privately I would be able to get the tooth removed Sami assured me he would get it out and that I wouldn't feel a thing which was correct I felt nothing apart from being sore after! All friendly staff that work here definitely recommend.
