Need to share my last appointment at Beaumont with Hygenist Helin & assistant lnaya, been waiting till my new brush arrived and used a couple of times so far. Thanks for info given on my clean and polish visit, taken on board your expertise see you both Feb to see a massive improvement thanks.

I’m a new patient at Beaumont dental and since joining I have been look after by all staff including the receptionist, who are fast to answer calls and respond to emails. I had sedation extractions, and as someone with a bit of dental anxiety I was talked through everything that was happening. I felt comfortable with my dentist Asim and Chloe. I am now pain free and will be coming back for regular check ups. Thank you for all of your help and making it all stress free and reducing my fear of the dentist.

Cannot recommend enough! It has been a long time since I'd been to the dentist and I was very nervous, especially for the hygienist. I've seen Helin twice now and she's been so wonderful at putting me at ease! She was very welcoming and friendly, and did a wonderfully thorough job whilst making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. The improvement was immediately noticeable and has made such a difference! After getting a clear assessment from the dentist, I was honestly already thinking I wouldn't come back for a second hygienist visit after the first, but Helin was so caring, reassuring and did such an excellent job that I did book the next treatment. It was very touching that Helin remembered me from the previous visit and noticed and praised my efforts between sessions, and I'm so impressed by, not only the service to my teeth, but her ability to override my aversion to coming to the dentist! Inaya and Cara were also lovely, friendly presences that made the experience much more relaxing and warm, and Lisa on reception is always a joy to speak to. Thank you for such excellence service 💕

First time visiting the hygienist today. Helin and Inaya made me feel at ease instantly, the environment was relaxing, both had a lovely aura and it was clear they enjoy what they do. Everything was explained to me prior and they kept checking in with me throughout. Follow up advice was thorough and easy to follow. Thanks so much :)

My first visit to this Dentist .Reception staff very welcoming I saw Sophie Dentist she's absolutely lovely made me feel at ease. Explained everything regarding my treatment Ruby the Dental Nurse lovely too. So pleased with my appointment. Looking forward to my next visit .Thankyou Sophie and Ruby xx

Very disappointing experience I am registered with them from last one and a half year. I never need any treatment few days ago. I really need a treatment I book appointment and when I book I let them know three times please make sure I have no extra time for waiting. I’ll be I’ll be wait maximum 20 minutes she make sure your apartment is 10 o’clock and you’ll be free at 10:30 when I go for appointment I will wait more than 50 minutes. I go to reception twice and ask them she just said we apologise sorry that’s it when doctor called me. She just took five minute and told me to go out and book another appointment for treatment you need feeling then they give me appointment for four days later when I came back home. I receive a call and they are asking about any review, which is I have no idea. I told her I have no idea what are you talking about? Yeah I face one problem in the morning for very long waiting time she said okay apologise for that then that’s it and after again next day I receive a call and their manager said sorry we are unable to deal with you just because of our review issue we think you put review Which is not good for our repetition so you can go somewhere else and register yourself cancel your appointment I can’t be able To give you treatment she cancel my appointment they are very very, very rude and disrespectful. They give priority to private patient. I am NHS patient that’s why they are doing this with me.

No parking no wheelchair access in. I have a very sore pain. I came more than two times. I’m very disappointed. I’m not telling the unprofessional staff the receptionist or just zip it. And waste of money
