I called as I required some emergency treatment on one of my teeth. The receptionist asked me for some details and asked if I knew they were rather expensive! She spoke to me like I was 10 years old at which point I was so disappointed I hung up. I managed to get private treatment elsewhere in Ringwood and due to the nature of the issue I would have paid whatever it took for it to be repaired. I hope this was a one off occurance for the sake of the practice.

I embarked on teeth aligning treatment with Caroline, visiting regularly over the last nine months and felt like part of the family! Always thorough, reassuring and professional; I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
