A slim girl cleaned my teeth at this dental practice. The cleaning was extremely awful. She didn't not clean it well and I will have to go to a different dental practice to clean my teeth again.

I cannot express my gratitude to the exemplary dental team at McNally. As someone who spent most of their life living in England and struggling to get a dentist, bundled with a few nightmarish experiences (Usually emergency cases where it was for an extraction due to neglect / poor care and the inability to find a dentist back in England; the former being the primary reason). Within a few months of relocating to Scotland, my partner was able to get us in at McNally's, and it has completely changed my views and perceptions of having to attend the dentists (I was a little sad when I was told I wouldn't need to be seen for another 3 months). First, I would like to express the quality of the work is second to none. I feared that attending a dentist after 18 years later to my previous visit would have resulted in me losing half my teeth. Whilst there was a lot of work to do, in 6 months my teeth are barely recognisable and my partner even jests "You will be running off with someone with those lovely new teeth" Secondly, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of patience, professionalism and genuine care. Never have I attended a dentist where they have sat down, explained in detail what the issues are, their suggested course of treatment / work, and most importantly, how I would like to approach it, and what my options are. Whilst I'm sure it's procedure for some places; this is not true in some dental surgeries. Lastly, I would like to wholeheartedly thank S. McNally personally, as her diligence and care also helped me in other areas of my life. I expressed I had recently been taken into A+E with a collapsed lung (I was a heavy smoker). She personally provided me with details of a pharmacy to get help to stop smoking (after my own pharmacy was unable to help; I would have had to wait a week to get a consultation). I was able to contact the number I was given, and obtained patches the same day, and haven't smoked since. Sincerely, Thank you M

Been attending this dentist for years. They are first class in all aspects of teeth care delivery. Very professional at all times and the friendly atmosphere you receive at each visit always puts you at ease. From the receptionists, dental assistants and my own dentist. First class always. Can’t recommend this dentist enough, i have two toddlers and each time my kids have been happy and willing to participate (ages 2&3) my dentist was fantastic with them! I have a major fear of the dentist usually needing medication at previous places however after feeling I was in safe hands I was able to have an extraction done today, after my appointment I had a consultation with franchesca regarding composite bonding, pricing is extremely reasonable and again knowing I’ll be in safe hands, I thought I would need 6 to 8 teeth done however after my consultation I’m happy having edging and maybe four in total. They could easily have went along with me and agreed to all 8 but after having a look and knowing I don’t actually need all those teeth done it has reduced the cost. Very happy with the treatment and happy to go back in future
