I've been visiting New Smile Dental Care for routine check ups and dental hygiene over last 5 years they such a professional, friendly team they always listen to my worries give me enough time to explain what I may need to do to improve my teeth and gum health and plan my next visit by prioritising what needs to be done urgently. 3 months ago I shared with Simon Agabeg my interset to get teeth whitening and he encouraged me to do so after he book me to have scans and pre routine checkups before the whitening treatment . After 4 weeks of using the whitening kit I saw a huge difference on my teeth which boost my self confidence 😀 Regretting not getting done earlier, I highly recommend it 👌 Thank you so much to the whole team for their efforts and patience and making me feel welcome all the time .

★★★★★ 10/10 Experience (even after 10 years!) It’s been a whole decade since my family and I were living in Leeds while I was doing my PhD, and this lovely clinic was our go-to for all dental needs. Simon and his amazing team made every visit genuinely enjoyable (and how often can you say that about the dentist?) Back then, my kids were little, and they loved coming here, partly thanks to the toy corner and partly because of the very sophisticated coffee machine in the waiting room, which kept the parents happy too. Simon was always warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. What really stood out to us was his effort to learn Arabic, our native language, just to make us feel even more at home. That level of thoughtfulness stays with you. Before we moved back home, Simon asked if I could leave a review. I said, “Of course!”… and then life happened. So here I am, finally writing this 10 years later — a true testament to both how memorable the experience was and, let’s be honest, my Olympic-level procrastination. I cant thank enough Dr.Abdulatif. Thank you for being patient with me. I had a real phobia from dentists and he is one of the reasons that i feel more comfortable doing my dental treatments going forward . Didnt feel any pain snd he was so gentle. May allah bless you🙏🏻

This is an amazing practice all the staff are so helpful and skilled. Simon has worked so hard with me and my jaw clenching issue. He has reduced my pain significantly where no one else could i always feel simon and the whole practice go above and beyond to help . Highly highly recommend Would give 6 out of 5 if I could
