A useless uncaring practise, had a message from them early on in the pandemic to say they were moving premises and nothing since, no idea where they are or if I am still a patient despite assurances they would be in touch. However by way of comment, their work ethics are questionable, foreign practitioners, (nothing wrong with that) except their command of English is rubbish, I find it hard to understand them and also no confidence I am being fully understood, also coming for other countries as they do, they also seem to use that countries practices in their treatment instead of standard NHS ones. They have used soft fillings on myself that have worn away over time causing further problems their only concern being what is quickest, easiest and cheapest for them rather than what is in my best interests. I have been passed from 'dentist' to dentist and feel I have got the name of a 'difficult' patient simply for standing up for myself . I'm in a position now where a soft filling has worn away (again) causing an existing filling to come away and left with a hole in my gum that is causing me problems and no where to get treatment. My ex was a dental nurse so I have an idea what I'm talking about.. !!

I've been with the practice since it opened. I have a lot of problems with my teeth due to my medication. I have found every single member of staff to be nothing but professional and very polite. In all the years I have been here I have seen 3 dentists but that is down to staff leaving. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
