Cancelled the appointment just 7 mins to appointment and told me to booked next day with different dentist. But what I went in next day it was the same dentist . Firstly the dentist is absolutely inefficient. I booked an emergency appointment for my 8 years old for fillings and she filled the wrong holes. Definitely not checking the teeth at all. Absolutely violating the NHS grant. The receptionist said if I am going to report to NHS they can’t give me appointment. That’s absolutely fine since I have changed my daughters dentist and still reporting this type of dental practice.

Would be good if you could actually get an appointment with them there always cancelling and I've been ringing them for nearly 2 week for my son and nothing can't get through been told to leave a message and still no one has got back to me what's the point in being a dentist or having so called people that are supposed to answer the phone
