I had an amazing experience at Chelsea & Fulham Dentist! Dr. Kumar was absolutely exceptional — professional, gentle, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. He made me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment. The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which made the whole visit stress-free. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and has a very calm atmosphere. You can tell that patient care and comfort are their top priorities. I’m genuinely grateful to have found such a great dental practice — I highly recommend Dr. Kumar and his wonderful team to anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch!

No respect for local residents

The dentist is kind and patient. However the front desk lady had an attitude and was borderline rude. She mixed up the treatments recommended for my two children and I had to explain who needed what, without her attitude getting any better. In the end we ended up just paying for the consultation without booking in any further treatments. We’ll rather go somewhere else.

I left the dentist feeling depressed, convinced that I had to spend thousands of pounds straight away to solve some urgent issues. I decided to take two other advices who confirmed there was absolutely no grounds for the dentist to push me to do these things. Dentistry should not be treated as plastic surgery.

Everyone on the team at the practise is just so wonderful and helpful. The girls behind the desk are just fabulous, friendly and always informative. So considerate and always make us smile. Dr Imran is a certified legend!! True family vibes and values. Shannon the hygienist is sooooooooooo good such a satisfying intense deep clean. Highly recommend anyone to come here for dentist work. They are all angels with the most beautiful and high tech clinic. See you soon

Female receptionist working on Friday 10th October at 11.54am yelling on the phone and talking hurriedly not realising that she should convey information in a slow manner. Seemed irritated having to repeat a clear instruction. Not a welcoming or pleasant experience . Management should address this to avoid potential patients going elsewhere. Poor

I cannot recommend Dr Imran enough, he is warm, professional and takes so much care in making sure you have the perfect smile. I am so pleased with my teeth, couldn't have been more perfect as an experience.

Very disappointing service. Have been going here for a few years but for the last two appointments, have made bookings for a dentist a month or two in advance, and in both instances, 1 week before the appointment and told the dentist is no longer available with no further explanation given and just being told to reschedule to other dates which they know do not work. If you want reliability of service would strongly recommend going to one of the numerous other highly qualified dentists in the area. EDIT: to be clear, it was two appointments in a row, my most recent two, with 1 week notice on each occasion. We can argue what rare is but think most would agree that two consecutive is not rare. As someone who books these appointments over a month in advance that's not a level of service I personally find acceptable. My review was simply stating this fact and my disappointment to then provide transparency to others who may be considering this practice. Not sure why, in your comment, you reference other patients as my complaints have nothing to do with others "who remain understanding, reasonable, and appreciative" unless your insinuation is that I lack understanding, am unreasonable and unappreciative. A better, service oriented way of looking at the situation would be trying to reduce cancellations, increase notice periods and enhance communications vs. making judgements on my level of rationality and apperciativeness.

I am just from the clinic, through 111 call referral. My experience was horrible. The male dentist who attended to me Atiff was obnoxious, arrogant and insufferable. Felt too big to answer a simple question, failed to give details about my options as they practical did nothing. Apart from opened my mouth, checked my upright tooth which fell off and said there is nothing he can do apart ftom remove the tooth that actually fell off. Which I could have at home without When I decided for him to do it, he said I have only 8 minutes, it cant be done, in 8 minutes. Atiff shouldn't work there, he has a small man syndrome, brash and feels too important. But I have to add the lady with him was the total opposite. She in the end, took her time to explain to me my options and was very professional.
