Wow probably the worst dentist I've ever been to. The lady at the reception. I'm not sure how and who thought she's a good person to work there and greet patients when they walk in. Not a word when we first walked in, just looked and me and nodded her head like 'what's up!?'. So I explained I have a very anxious daughter so that's why I had to change our dentist. Specifically asked for a female dentist as we didn't have a good experience. Of course when we came a few weeks later for our appointment, our dentist was male, not a female like we asked for. We sat there me and the 2 small kids for almost an hour before we got seen. The waiting room is so small that you can fit maybe 6-8 people there. There was like 6 families there when we came in. Feeling very claustrophobic. I can't say the dentist wasn't good, it's purely the ignorance from the girl at the reception that put me off coming back ever again. Never seen such a negative receptionist in my life. So no thanks, definitely won't be returning

Would just like to thank all the staff at north mead dental for all your support, I had have an extraction and you all made me feel relaxed. You are all amazing and a big shout out to you all. From my dentist assistant dental nurse and receptionist. Thank you all your support over the last couple of years and seeing me at short notice as and when needed for pain relief through to fillings and extraction and referrals many thanks Shane Bell

Romi has been my dentist for some time now as well as my young daughters and she has always been lovely. I recently started having issues with a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. Due to my complex medical history Romi wanted my bloods to be taken to ensure the extraction was safe, she personally came with me to my GP next door to request the bloods as urgent so the tooth could be taken out asap. Once my blood results were back Romi had me back in the next day to take the tooth out, she was professional and gentle given how anxious I was. She wanted to make sure the wound was healing and booked me in a week later to check it. I can’t recommend her and her team enough, she really went above and beyond and provided a highly professional service. Thank you Romi :)

Explained everything that I didn’t understand, and done some amazing things with my teeth to get my smile back, couldn’t be happier, amazing people, and everything was minimally invasive to keep the health of my teeth at their best for longer with the same results that I wanted! My husband’s tooth broke last Friday, which then caused him pain and prevented him from eating and speaking without cutting his tongue with a broken tooth. He could hardly eat and talk over the weekend. Early this morning, he walked to Northmead Dental for a consultation and they simply let him wait there for hours and then turned him away, telling him that they are not taking in a new patient - but this has not been communicated on their website and surgery. They even refused to check if he has an infection on his broken tooth despite that he was in a lot of pain with his broken tooth while he could barely eat and speak. Now he has to check out other dentists which are not local and need a long traveling time. Their rude and sloppy service is appalling!! Look like they have written good reviews for themselves to cover up their bad behaviour and customer service. Really livid as how they have treated my husband !!
