They really priorities private patients so can charge them over £75 for a check up than NHS patients which cost £25. Pay privately £75, appointment next day, pay £25, they wouldn't even tell you a date . "we have a long waiting time and will let you know once an appointment is available " . lol . at the end of the day, it is the same service anyway . Question : would you like to trust profits driven dentists ? or a service driven one ? there are plenty dental practices in Gateshead you can go to.

WOW... what can I say. Well I'll start by saying a massive thank you to Matt and not forgetting his lovely nurse Amanda. Matt is amazing in what he does and very professional. Over the last couple of years my front teeth have slowly chipped and discoloured. After having numerous white fillings, which came out after time, I decided to contact Matt to discuss composite bonding. On my first visit Matt explained what he could do for me and how it would be done. He made me feel at ease immediately and his enthusiasm blew me away, and I knew I was in good hands. Matt has performed his magic and I now have the most beautiful natural smile and absolutely over the moon with the results. I can't stop smiling and it's boosted my confidence no end. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who is looking for a fabulous smile absolutely 5* service from all the staff I've had the pleasure to meet. ONE BIG THANK YOU MATT & CO 👏👏👏 PS great playlist Matt, got me foot tapping 👍 lol

I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism at a dental practice. The front desk staff were outright rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favour just by acknowledging my presence. No basic manners, no courtesy — just attitude from the moment I walked in. It’s one thing to be busy or stressed, but the way they speak to patients is unacceptable — abrupt, passive-aggressive, and downright obnoxious. When I asked a simple question, I was met with eye-rolls and sarcasm. At one point, I was openly talked down to as if I were a problem rather than a patient. There’s absolutely no excuse for this kind of behaviour, especially in a healthcare setting where people come in nervous and expecting to be treated with respect. It felt hostile and uncomfortable throughout my visit. This place might offer dental services, but they clearly have no idea how to treat human beings. I will never go back and would strongly advise others to avoid it unless they enjoy being treated with contempt.

Had my first filling here today after years of not visiting the dentist. I was very nervous but must say the staff were brilliant as were the dentists, it was pain free, they didn't mint my constant questions and I am now pain free! Thank you so much, my fears of the dentist are now gone!
