I've had a number of appointments with Ash and her team, for extensive dental treatments. I am a nervous patient but the team has always been very patient and understanding. The quality of the treatments are outstanding and the practitioners take a great deal of pride and satisfaction in the care they give and the results they produce. All treatment choices are discussed fully, together with costs. The costs are a bit above average, but given the exception care I have received, I'm happy to pay.. you only get what you pay for, after all, and I am very pleased the results.

My experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing. I was given misleading pricing information for private treatment, and after paying in full for my family’s appointments, I have spent months trying to obtain a simple itemised invoice. I have now chased this four times, and not once have I received a reply or even an acknowledgement. What’s particularly worrying is that I am far from the only patient experiencing this. A number of other reviews highlight misquoted prices, unexpected charges, and significant difficulties in obtaining itemised invoices. Yet, despite these recurring themes, the owner’s responses consistently blame the patient, rather than addressing the underlying issues or improving the practice’s transparency. It is telling that the practice can quickly contact me about appointments, but remains completely unresponsive when asked to provide legally required documentation. This absence of accountability and disregard for basic patient rights is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering private treatment here to be aware of these ongoing problems.

Having plucked up the courage going to a dentist again.Claire the receptionist was friendly & welcoming.I saw Dr Swati & assistant dental nurse Elsie.Straight away,Dr Swati made me feel at ease during the checkup ,clean with polish.She explained clearly the x-ray results.She was gentle & thorough 👍, Elsie too.Revisited for a filling,I was so grateful & relieved it was a painless procedure, even the injections!Dr Swati & Elsie were very considerate,gentle & professional in every aspect.Would highly recommend this practice.Thank you.

The best dental practise, everyone is friendly, reassuring, professional and lovely, from the receptionist, the owner (oh she’s a sweetheart), Maryana, Nia(not sure if I spelt it correctly. And the nurses. I had a bad absess, and root canal treatment was suggested. Everyone who dealt with me made sure that that explain the plan, what will they do, how will it feels and how long. and it was exactly as they explained. The prices are not so bad as well. I was there today for my 2nd stage of root canal treatment treatment. I’ll go back again in 3 weeks. Keep it up everyone!!! Charlton dental practise deserves flowers🌹🪸
