The reception team were so warm and welcoming I felt immediately more relaxed. Chris the dentist also made me feel less anxious and now it's not an issue for me to visit. Wow. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while due to really bad anxiety and an awful experience. The reception team were so informative and friendly on the phone and were really compassionate about my anxiety. I saw Olivia for my new patient appointment. She was really patient and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and suggested a treatment plan and made sure I was happy with it. Rather than dreading the dentist, I’m looking forward to going back. All the staff are so friendly and I would highly recommend this practice.
