I was sent here for a dental emergency, the team was a delight to talk to beyond accommodating, and I was sorted and on my way in no time, can't recommend enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. Admittedly I was a few minutes late for my appointment which I apologized for as I had taken a wrong turn. The woman on reception was really nice. Unfortunately that's where the positives end.I have extreme pain in my gums and teeth and think I have a wisdom tooth coming in the back. I came in and greeted both the dentist and dental nurse warmly. Neither one greeted me or my 3 year old son who I had to bring with me to the appointment (he was well behaved and sat really quietly). The dentist took one disinterested look in my mouth literally for a second no joke. And dismissed me saying she can prescribe painkillers. I advised I have been triaged to come here as it could be several different things causing it and I wanted some incling or advice as to what is causing this pain my gums are red and painful and the pressure is extreme. I advised I didn't think she had had a proper look in my mouth to even rule anything in or out. She was so cold just shrugging saying they don't do X-rays in the corner of the mouth go see a gp. Wasted 30 quid and came the whole way across Liverpool to be treated very rudely and have a 1 second assessment. Waste of time. Said her name was Dr Lilian and I told her I wasn't satisfied and I'd be putting a complaint which I've never ever done with a dentist. She shrugged couldn't care less

I was suffering from severe pain in my upper back teeth at the roots and was referred through the dental emergency department here. The receptionists and the assistants were very respectful with me and unfortunately I did not expect this rudeness from the doctor. How did she treat me today in an unsatisfactory way? She was not interested in my treatment to the point that when she finished she took off her gloves and mask and sat as if I did not exist. the assistant asked her if we finished and she said very rudely yes. I asked her what she advises me to do from her point of view after the examination. She said, “I don’t know, it’s not my specialty.” I hope they change this doctor, because is not possible that they send me to the wrong doctor after they know my problem!! She didn’t deserve to work in that place .

I had toothache that needed attention but the dentist was so insensitive and unprofessional, hurrying me to make decision between extracting my tooth or opting for root canal treatment that many patients were out waiting to be tended to and I was shocked at her level of unprofessionalism. Shitty customer service and insensitive staff, horrible place.
