Lovely polite staff in dental hospital very caring with with attentive eye contact, warmth and good evaluation skills. A good decision Was made to pause treatment due to unforeseen circumstances. However my concern and worry is that I have to wait for another three months until my next appointment so unfortunately I will not be seen until the first quarter of 2026. I appreciated that have been referred for treatment however I have now been moved to another appointment which is three months away and not until the 1st quarter of 2926. I totally understand why the treatment had to be stopped today and moved to another day, however given my current condition with my mouth I am concerned that that there may be room for further infection to spread. I have woken in some discomfort and pain and I am truly concerned, and In quiet a bit pain. Upset worried about infection potentially spreading through gum, emotional with the pain and discomforts 😞 I must say that the staff were lovely my concern is the time wait. 💁🏽♀️☺️

Excellent service & the staff & students are wonderful, definitely not scared to go & have work done they made me feel very comfortable because they were so friendly.

It’s amazing how professional and thorough the students are here as well as the tutors and other members of staff. I was made to feel at ease from the minute I walked in, as I was quite anxious. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend.

They're really good and knows what they're doing. The dentists and nurses, all is brilliant. But it is horrible to contact the hospital. Today I stand on the phone for 35 min to talk to a operative and they just hung up, without sorting my issue. Also for change appointment is not really good as well. The system for appointments and how to contact them need a huge improvement. But the dentist and service by themselves is perfectly good. Is changing my life with this treatment I'm doing.

Don't do emergency tooth extractions anymore & have not done any since COVID. Waste of NHS Funding.

The hospital is a 5-10 walk from Lime Street station to avoid driving into Liverpool city centre and subsequent expensive car parking charges. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful and the incredible dental student Katy, that looked after my dental care was brilliant. She was extremely thorough and took time to explain my treatment and allowed time for questions etc. All treatment is carried out under supervision and it’s clear that the team are experienced and dedicated to their roles. The dental hospital is such a wonderful asset to the North West and the city of Liverpool.
