Absolutely superb the staff are always helpful. My Dentist is Zsinab Ali, she is absolutely totally wonderful always happy and smiling, she is very proffessional and caring. She has a special quality, empathy, care and understanding of her patients she has lots of. She will always put a patients mind at ease. She has a very rare quality (which I cannot find in my vocabulary to name) At the moment Zainab and myself miss the lovely, beautiful radiant glowing enthusiastic Melisa Thompson who is a receptionist and friend to me of over 25 years, I think the two named deserve something for there recognition. The other Dentists and receptionists are good aswell. It's just I have built up a rapour with them. I think there should be an unwritten rule with them I would say a complete Zero Tollerance concerning any abusive behaviour whether it's by telephone or in person. I would suggest you have three lifeline, if you use any abusive behaviour to staff, you then lose a life. Then you get warned before the last lifeline and if you lose all of them, the patient has to find an alternative Dentist as the person is barred from using that practice for at least a year.

The Dentist I was treated by was called Zainab Ali and I could not praise her enough, She has a very friendly manner and great attitude, I found her very friendly and helpful, just what Is needed when visiting the Dentist.

It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.

Disgraceful receptionist! Talking down to me when I asked if they was taking on nhs under 17s and so I asked for a price and was spoken down to because I asked if they take on children and asked for a price after because they apparently don't even though the website is stating taking on children nhs. Stuck up ! You are a receptionist nothing more!!!!!
