Hi, my experiece on Monday 17th November 2025 was a mixed one if you want me to be honest with my opinion. I saw my regular dentist Mr Husham Al Nuaimi. This Dentist is thorough but at times i feel he is over fussy. He is advising on the best options for the care of my teeth. Yes. Thank you. That can only be good! But i get the impression from him that even if i did everything right he would find fault with something. Afterwards i thought about the actual examination of my teeth he did. Ive got my gum pockets from 3's and 4s was it? down' to some being 0's and instead of giving me good praise he just muttered it was better than last time. He also did not tell me the overal state of my teeth, he did not tell me the state of my gums and my tongue. He did not say out loud to me "Well done you have done well. Keep up the good work!" Just to make me feel good. Why i don't know. But i think he should! I did not leave the dentist feeling good. Also at the reception. The lady dealing with me for my next visit never mentioned or apologised to say that their printer was broken and would i like the next appointment sending to my phone. The receptionist only did this when i suddenly remembered outside the dentist exit door that she had not given me this and i walked back in to ask for it. Thank you.
