I’ve been coming here for years and genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else in Manchester. The dentists are incredibly trustworthy and professional, always giving honest advice without pushing anything unnecessary. I’ve never had any issues with treatments, and they always take the time to share helpful tips for looking after my teeth. The reception team are also lovely - friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring dental practice.

Although I would not normally consider writing a review for a trip to the dentist, I really want to share my experience yesterday at Arndale Dental, Market St. Why? Simple - the customer service offered here is second to none. You are encouraged to complete an emailed pre-appointment questionnaire which really speeds up the reception experience. I received a call earlier in the day, advising that the clinic would be closed for staff training until right before my appointment time, saving me from waiting around outside. Not all businesses would have provided this level of communication. Once there, I had my hygienist visit first. Very friendly guy, explained what was happening throughout and regularly paused to check I was comfortable, especially as I’d mentioned I was a little nervous. Their insight on how best to care for my teeth was refreshing and very welcome. Then it was on to my yearly check up. The dentist showed professionalism and their friendly demeanour really was a breath of fresh air and made what can be an uncomfortable experience so much easier to handle. I am not sure if dentists are described as possessing a great bedside manner, so instead I will describe it as excellent customer care. I was treated with respect and given some great tips on maintaining the very best oral health. Neither appointment felt rushed and I was treated as an individual and really listened to. If your dental clinic does not provide this standard of service, you know where to try.
