I recently attended the practice to have complex extractions which, in the alternative option, would have required hospital treatment. Dr Afi Ilyas is a specialist of the highest standard. Having experienced dental complications since the age of 5, I cannot overemphasise his expertise and professionalism; the experience of his treatment is so much more than his consummate skills as a dental surgeon. His empathy, calm demeanour and sense of humour made me feel extremely relaxed. It was only towards the end of the treatment that I looked at the ceiling, and noticed that I was looking at blue sky above me; I consider this is an appropriate metaphor for the "blue sky" experience. I would like to finally compliment the practice overall. Due to mobility issues I had to twice reschedule my appointment; there was no problem. I've been using this dentist for over 16 years and cannot fault the service you get. I've just had a wisdom tooth extraction by Dr Afy and I was put at ease did not feel a thing. Totally professional, kind, considerate, gentle. You will not get a better dentist practice than this in Wolverhampton can't recommend enough. All the staff at the practice are friendly and professional.

It has come to my attention, through reviews and personal experience, that certain receptionists, particularly one named Nicole, have displayed unprofessional and unfriendly attitudes towards patients. It is disappointing to note that the management has also failed to address this issue effectively. Recently, I called this dental facility with the intention of registering my child, as my husband and I had already been registered and attended for appointments previously. However, to my surprise, I learned that we had been deregistered without any written notification. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the manager stated that there was no registration process as such, which left me perplexed. I fail to understand how we could have been deregistered if we had never been registered in the first place. In light of this experience, I must express my disappointment with the quality of service provided by the facility. I am relieved that the facility does not have the capacity to take on new patients as I would rather invest my resources in a practice that provides quality service and values its patients.
