Love this dental surgery.. Samia my dentist and Linda go above and beyond duty and I have found the reception staff Rachel, Emma and Karen to be so friendly and willing to help... feels more like visiting friends.

Have been trying to ring to book routine appointment only to be informed on answer machine that they are closed and reopening in May, but when in May. Have been with this dental surgery for 30 plus years. Where was the communication to let patients know what was happening?

I've been with this practice over 10 years. I rang to confirm my appointment to get a message saying we are closed till May! Rang Ashburnham Road to be told they are not taking the Dunstable Road patients and I should have received a letter. However, my dentist will have moved to them!

My family have been waiting a year to be seen by this dentist practice!!! We continuosly get texts and letters from them stating that they have had to cancel our appointments due to 'unforseen circumstances'. Absolute joke - i wouldnt waste my time with these guys and would not recommend them to anyone. Very very poor service

It's not a review but question, are you still operating , have been trying for over a week and only answer machine and all boards have gone from outside, I need you and quickly please as your the only place I trust with my fears of dentists

Absolute disgrace! The reception team are unprofessional and they will lie to you! First they will tell you they have no appointments then once you’ve begged them, they’ll they will book you in, but when you arrive on the day, you will be told that the staff are new and not properly trained and they’ve made a mistake. They will not compensate you for your lost time and they are not sympathetic or apologetic. Do trust them with your mouth, do not waste your time even calling this awful practice. Appalling behavior from so called ‘proffesionals’
