I saw Nazia the other day to have a difficult tooth removed, explained to her that I had an irrational fear of dentists and from the outset she was excellent, listened to my concerns, explained everything in great detail and throughout the procedure she asked how I was and made sure I was comfortable. It is very rare for me to recommend a dentist but I can not fault Nazia and I feel slightly more comfortable in having to attend for future work.

My experience with this dental clinic was very disappointing. About a year ago, I went for a routine tooth extraction that should have been straightforward. Unfortunately, part of the root (over 10 mm) was left behind, which caused months of discomfort when eating and sleeping. I eventually had to return for another procedure to fix it. The dentist acknowledged the issue and offered me compensation, which I refused because I felt it didn’t reflect what I went through. When I escalated the case to their insurance, I was told that I had been warned about this risk beforehand, which I strongly disagree with. Overall, I found the way this situation was managed unprofessional and distressing.
