I had composite bonding in 2023 with Kam Nasser in which I loved my results and had an amazing experience. However the poor review is in regards to the Parson Cross Dental Surgery. I had a routine scale and polish in which I chosen the dental surgery (as this is where I had my composite bonding) however this resulted in one of my teeth being chipped from the procedure. I returned back to the dentist who I thought “fixed the tooth” free of charge as the damage was caused by them. After returning home I noticed the tooth was rough and needed to be smoothed so I had to return to Sheffield AGAIN this would have been the 3rd time. Following from this I had noticed the tooth was still not repaired correctly which lead to my fourth return to the dental practice. I seen ANOTHER dentist who said it was not a chip what I could feel was all the composite bonding in which was packed onto the tooth incorrectly and offered to fix this for me. However the surgery charged me £160 for the repair however this problem was caused by them. I contacted the practice to make a complaint and to take this further in which I had to wait and chase the call back for the staff to speak to the owner in which no compensation could be given. The staff stated it was not documented there was a chip from the scale and polish also as it was their fault. I am not one to complain however I just wanted to make people aware on how poor the dental practice is.

I’ve had Invisalign here and soon to have composites, I have always found the ladies behind the desk so lovely and welcoming and the dentists have always made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend here for private work done.

Well what can I say good about this dentist lol nothing! Pains £200 a tooth for composite bonding i didn’t have bad teeth anyway but we all want Hollywood smile, ended up like Dracula after my treatment,they went brown they broke off chipped and I now look like a donkey,got to go back once again same tooth broke 5 times now,they look discoloured and terrible,definitely don’t recommend, not enough staff to answer phones,however I do think staff are friendly,but nobody in place is like other dentists, so I regret having these bonds it’s caused me to much stress and anxiety

NOT impressed to say it's a private dentist they have NO idea what they doing book appointments fie them to cancel to then say " oh its OK keep you booked in" they can't find letter sent from orthodontist. Left hand does NOT know what the right hand is doing!!! I'm appalled don't spend your money here!!!!

Dreadful do not respond to letters. In my opinion initial appointment good. You expect when paying £275 for composite bonding for each tooth. An excellent service this is not so. Thereafter
