The best dentist in London!!! - I was seen by Dr Nabil and Nurse Julie at the beginning of October due to one of my front teeth dying due to trauma and I also had two very deep fillings, he was recommended to me by other dentist friend that lives far from London - it was a very complex 7-8 week treatment with started with a root canal that was done to perfection, I was very nervous but it was painless and looked amazing. Dr Nabil was very professional and did some very amazing and intricate treatment that left my tooth looking even better than before. He was very attentive and so was his nurse Julie giving me very good advice and left me feeling very confident after each appointment. The results are amazing with many of my siblings and friends now wanting to consult him in the future. His work is genuinely the best and worth every single penny! I can’t recommend him enough! My fillings on my back teeth are also perfect and look amazing!!!! I am very impressed with my results as I was such a complex case, we even did whitening at the end of my treatment that looks perfect!! 100000/10 experience , Dr Nabil will be my dentist moving forward! Thank you to him and Julie for giving me the perfect smile and treatment!

I just finished an appointment with Dr Anna and Nurse Sushila, and it was such a warm and positive experience. They gave me constant reassurance and guided me through every step. I was really nervous since I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, but the environment was so comfortable and welcoming. They also gave me helpful advice on how to improve my dental care moving forward. I’ll definitely be returning.

Avoid Neil Maroo he was arrogant and nasty to me when I was in tears,over being left in pain and discomfort by private dentist Vanesca Costa. What kind of man behaves that way?Apparently I should move on, I spent a fortune, at least the NHS try and put things right (Not in this NHS practice though) If you lodge a complaint you cant book an appointment. Disgraceful. Are you allowed to use the NHS in such an arbitary fashion. Another lady in reception was also complaining about botched treatment there. Beware if you pay for private treatment dentists have sidelines in Harley Street, so are pushing the narrative to get more money out of you. The hygienist Jo is, wonderful. My teeth have never felt so clean. Very thorough yet amazingly pain free. I'm always gripping the chair with nerve pain with past hygienists. She gave me some great advice, spotted an issue and is super nice in her character. My Mother also thinks she is a, star. I'd also like to mention the reception staff as always very nice snd helpful (not Shreya who is passive agressive , no empathy there ) PS I just had to get an emergency dentist who contradicted everything Neil Maroo said And he is apparently Head Dentist/Owner. Shocking and depressing. Im taking this further to hopefully prevent other people going through this.Im sure Im not the first or the last. Going private does not mean a superior service.

I had another visit to Brecknock today; and whilst my treatment went to plan, there was a patient who clearly wasn't as happy as me. The unhappy patient was very determined to be heard, but she seemed unable to listen to the reception staff who were trying to be helpful in explaining things to her; and her complaining got louder and more public. I'm posting this because the reception staff behaved professionally throughout the saga and Keyla De Brito was exemplary in the way she handled the whole situation. She demonstrated extreme patience and remained calm, gently repeating what the patient needed to hear, even when they threatened further action. As a person who was a Senior Patient Experience Manager for the NHS, it was a privilege to see respectful and professional conduct from a member of staff who was being put under pressure. Great job in handing a challenging situation. Not really a fan of the dentist, but my recent visits for a course of treatment with Dr Evie and Kayla, made the experience so much more bearable and better. Their attention to detail, professionalism and good humour complimented the excellent treatment I received. I don't plan to visit the dentist, except for a check up, but if I do have to ..I hope Dr Evie and Kayla are available. If you're looking for a dentist, give Brecknock a call - they have provided services for many years.

Brecknock is an inclusive place in my experience and from my viewpoint. Both of my visits to Brecknock Dental have been outstanding. I informed the practice of my profile with specific difficulties and sensory issues. Each time, I have been treated with real understanding and care. The team takes the time to explain every step of the process — what is going to happen, how, why, and for how long. It may seem simple, but this kind of clear communication completely changes the experience and builds trust. I had anxiety and the hygienist who took care of me was incredible throughout: calm, patient, reassuring, offering grounding options (music, something to hold, gentle reassurance) and waited until I said I was ready to continue. Because of this support, I was able to complete the appointment. I also learned more about dental hygiene in areas I was not aware of growing up and that weren't part of collective education (different systems use different approaches). The hygienist explained everything without any judgment. And ever since I put this education and advice into practice I've been feeling so much better! The team is exceptional. Many of these steps were not things the practice was required to do, but they made a huge difference — turning what could have been a very difficult experience into one I had the courage and confidence to go through. I’m very happy with the results and feel much better. Thank you for this remarkable level of care.

The anesthetic was administered quickly and gently - I felt no pain during the entire procedure. Highly recommend them for their expertise and comfortable care.
