I am a very anxious dental patient and I moved across to Hellesdon from my old (unsympathetic) dentist. I was extremely anxious waiting for my appointment for a filling but the practice manager answered all my questions and they took great care to relieve my anxiety, including not laying me flat in the chair, allowing me to take breaks during treatment and providing a pillow. I cannot thank them enough and will definitely be staying with this practice!

As someone who has spent their life dealing with crumbling teeth and hiding my smile I went to visit Hellesdon Dental Care in the hope they could give me my smile back. I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed by the Receptionists. After a very in depth consultation I decided to go ahead with my proposed cosmetic dental work which will include implants. Chris and Gabriel have been amazing. Both of them have guided me through various procedures with kindness, care and an incredible amount of attention to detail. Their dental nurses have also been incredibly supportive offering reassurance and generally being lovely. Although Im only really one third through my treatment what I have had done so far has genuinely been life changing and because of this I felt compelled to write my review now. I have my smile back and for the first time in my adult life, over 40 years, I can now smile and laugh without covering my mouth with my hand. I am beyond excited for the future and actually look forward to further treatment. It obviously involves an expense but its an investment into your personal well-being and thats such an important thing to do for yourself. If anyone reading this has ever dreamed of regaining their smile I can highly and whole heartedly recommend Hellesdon Dental Care and I'd like to publically thank Chris, Gabriel, their dental nurses and the rest of the Team for changing my life... not all heroes wear capes!

The consultation was great everything explained as to what was going on and an in-depth review of treatment needed including full breakdown of costings and time line. I had a whole set of crowns, ten altogether, to replace old crowns which had become really unattractive as my gum shrunk upwards with age. This involved a number of trips to see Carlos over several weeks. I am absolutely delighted with the end result, I can smile and laugh freely again without embarrassment and I can’t recommend Carlos more highly. He is an expert in his field, totally professional, and I felt no pain and only the smallest discomfort given the nature of the work. I had some extractions as well as replacement crowns. I was able to choose the colour and shape of the crowns themselves to match my lower teeth for the natural look I desired. I only wish I had visited Carlos years ago.
