The staff are professional, knowledgeable and listen to your concerns and what you would like from your orthodontic treatment. Susie spends time with you going over the different options and gives you time to decide-you never feel rushed. You feel as a patient that your views matter and that you are working with the orthodontic team to get the best outcome for you. The surgery always looks very clean and well presented -being a nurse and having a clinical background the environment and cleanliness really does matter to the patient.
