Dentists themselves seem ok, but... have issues with bridge -paid nhs tier 3 (£350) upfront, was told that I have to wait 3 months to have bridge fitted and I can have temporary denture for time being (haven't been told its another, separate tier 3 treatment) now when came again been told that 1st of all what I paid went toward temporary denture, but also that they dont do bridges on nhs at all (when before I was told I can fitted have one on nhs). Looks like I paid £350 for tooth extraction and temporary denture that broke after 1.5 months anyways.

Had tooth extraction with maseera Fatima absolutely brilliant from start to finish no pain whatsoever highly recommend this practice brilliant reception staff very pleased with my visit

After removing my last baby tooth 1/09/2025 . Get infection try make appointment for some antibiotics try charge me 75£ for emergency plus any extra cost because was after 2 weeks 3 times small pieces of bones coming out from Hole still not healed 18/10/2025. Thank you will call 111 for x-ray check what damage done

10/10 Dental practice. Been in alot of pain with my wisom tooth. Got in rapidly with an emergency apppointment & the staff & service was next to none. The 3 receptionists were all so good with me, put me at ease. And the three girls that treated me , Zoe , Debbie & Harpreet were VERY good and professional . Honestly never been delt with so quickly & good. Thank you all, glad to be signed up to this practice. Hopefully wont need to be back anytime soon. But alot more comforting knowing if i do, that ill be looked after well.

Excellent practice, VERY polite & helpful staff. All my questions & worries were delt with and answered very clearly and was made to feel at ease. Very clean practive . Also a couple of girls on reception that stook to my attention with how professional they came across. Zoe and Debbie i think there names were. Again thank you so much.

I do not recommend it. The blonde woman at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. We Registered at this dental center and scheduled our first check-up by phone. The receptionist informed me that my two sons and I had appointments at 4:30 pm and that we all had to show up at that time, which I have proof of in the form of a text message on my phone. My older son received the same text message on his phone stating his appointment at 4:30 pm. At your Dental Care, we are at 4:20 pm, to which the unfriendly receptionist told us that my first son and I had already missed our appointment because we were supposed to be at 4:00 pm. I told the receptionist that it must be a system error because I had confirmation that our appointment was for 4:30 p.m. The receptionist then told me to schedule my dentist appointment in my calendar next time—which was very rude, as I had a confirmation text message. I asked, explained, and showed the receptionist that I had a confirmation text message for my 4:30 p.m. appointment, but she refused to listen to me at all and, in a raised voice, kept repeating the same thing over and over again: to schedule my appointments in my calendar so I'd be on time. I was helpless and disappointed because it wasn't my fault that you sent me the wrong confirmation text message (I have the text message on my phone), I was on time and I was treated like trash - we really wanted to have our teeth checked and treated, but now we don't have that opportunity because we have to look for a new clinic, not through my fault - I didn't book that appointment myself and I didn’t send confirmation message to myself , one of your employees made a mistake and my sons and I suffered the consequences - it's not fair!!!

Crap wouldn’t even bother registering lol registered with them rang today for an emergency appointment even tho I’m registered with them through NHS and she tried to charge me £80 over the phone just to book an appointment absolutely useless just money grabbers dong give a crap about there patients.

Very very nice I have mental health issues and anxiety with dentists but was made very welcome and was explained everything that was going to happen to me step by step and was asked if I needed a break through my treatment would definitely recommend them and anything that was stressful for me was removed best that they can do
