Emergency dentist appointment. Whilst the dentist itself was kind. As I’d never been- over the phone before appt, I asked about parking. They said I can park in the home bargains, 1 week later £100 parking fine. Asked to send me some comms regarding this so I can use this to appeal. I got told no. No owning up to an honest mistake on their part and zero responsibility after mis information

My crown came off in less than two weeks I’m very angry — the dentist messed up and I lost a tooth because of it.

This is by far the worst dentist I have ever been to, and I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. The staff here are shockingly unprofessional, rude, and clearly have no real care for their patients, which is disgraceful for a healthcare setting. On one occasion, I waited over 40 minutes for my appointment while I could clearly hear staff members laughing and chatting loudly in the treatment room. It felt like they were having a social gathering rather than doing their jobs, all while I sat waiting with no update or apology. This behaviour is completely unprofessional and shows zero respect for patients' time. I also needed a simple letter from my dentist, for my orthodontist so we could move forward with my treatment plan. It should have been a quick task, yet it took her well over a month, closer to two, to get this done. Because of this, my orthodontic treatment was unnecessarily delayed. This was the first red flag, and I wish l'd taken it more seriously. Later, I had several cavities that needed filling. This process dragged on for three whole months. I understand fillings take time, there is no excuse for such slow, drawn-out care, especially when I am paying for the treatment. It felt like there was no urgency or consideration for my situation at all. The worst part came when I booked a tooth extraction appointment well in advance for September. I provided the required letter from my orthodontist months before the appointment. However, when I arrived, I was told my dentist had only received the letter that very same day and therefore couldn't do the procedure. This was a completely avoidable error caused by the reception staff's incompetence. Because of their lack of organisation, my treatment was delayed yet again, and it resulted in me losing a crucial braces appointment, costing me even more time and stress and my money. To make matters even worse, after I became understandably upset about this, the receptionist informed me that my dentist would now refuse to see me entirely, meaning all of my upcoming appointments for the rest of the year would be cancelled. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour. I was upset because my treatment was delayed due to their mistake, and instead of taking responsibility, in my opinion my dentist acted like a child, refusing to see me just to avoid doing her job. In my opinion she comes across as lazy, inconsiderate, and completely unfit to be in this profession. To top it off, the receptionist who spoke to my mother was incredibly rude, turning her back while speaking and replying in a dismissive tone when my mum tried to talk to her. If you don't have a caring or respectful attitude, you shouldn't be working in healthcare, full stop. Overall, this practice has caused me nothing but frustration, stress, and wasted time. The lack of professionalism and care from both the dentist and reception staff is absolutely unacceptable. If you value your health, time, and money, avoid this place completely.

Believe the reviews. I've spent an hour total trying to call them, receptionist hung up 2 seconds after a brief pause. The next dentist i called picked up INSTANTLY, no excuse. Its a blessing honestly because the reviews reflect my exact experience and worse, they're causing people lifelong pain not following standard practices. Don't gamble with your health.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to how upsetting it was. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. An elderly man, who clearly didn’t speak English came in seeking help. Instead of treating him with patience and kindness, one of the staff members spoke to him in an unnecessarily loud and dismissive tone, saying, “Go to her, she speaks your language.” I also overheard others giggling, and one even remarked, “He doesn’t understand,” as if it were a joke. When the man approached the staff member he was directed to, he asked if she spoke his language. She rolled her eyes and simply replied, “Yes,” in a tone that made the entire exchange even more uncomfortable to witness. The man had already tried to explain, saying, “I don’t speak English,” making it clear he needed help — not mockery. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, but especially in a healthcare environment where empathy, respect, and professionalism should be non-negotiable.
