In April 2025, I purchased a Naturawhite kit along with online training for £1,500. Within three days of receiving the kit, I raised concerns regarding the quality and effectiveness of the products. The items provided were concerning: the whitening products had no production or expiry dates, and the lamp arrived with rusty screws. I tested the system on four clients and found that the products did not work as advertised.
Throughout this period, I communicated with Catherine from customer services via text. She repeatedly assured me that I would receive a response or follow-up, yet no meaningful action was taken. For seven months, I was continuously passed back and forth without resolution. She has been prompted for responses and now ignoring me also. I have been blocked on social media-we could have rectified this.
After this extended delay, Naturawhite have now claimed that I did not respond in a timely manner/comply with their returns, which is untrue. I contacted them immediately after receiving the kit and continued to follow up regularly. I even offered reasonable solutions, including sending the kit back for inspection, receiving further training, being issued a refund, or being provided with guidance to improve the results. None of these offers were acknowledged. Catherine suggested that I speak to an influencer for the company after 5 months of trying to arrange a phone call I asked if I could speak to Naturawhite direct-which also didnt happen.
I have also noted a number of overly positive reviews regarding Naturawhite’s customer service, which, given my experience, appear misleading I suspect false reviews. Additionally, my comments warning others were removed, and I was blocked from engaging with their posts within hours—ironically demonstrating far more views to entice new customers than than their customer care with their current customers. Theyve had ample chances to put this right but continue to ignore me and pass me around which is unfair and makes me question the companys authenticity.
Logistically the ‘self service’ treatment isnt practical.
The certificate can only be insured by their OWN INSURANCE-Catherine was pushy for me to get insured straight away I advised I was going to do some models first.
This entire experience has been unacceptable, unprofessional, and damaging towards my business. The product does not perform as advertised, and the peroxide content appears to be lower than that found in standard over-the-counter products. The products are not FDA approved and have no dates on them and no CE marks. As a business owner, I find it embarrassing to be associated with such poor-quality equipment, ineffective training, and inadequate products and customer service.
