I had a wonderful experience at Smile Perfection. All the staff were very professional and friendly. My daughter also had her first ever dentist appointment, the dentist was so patient and really made it fun and relaxed. I highly recommend!

Having waited many weeks for an appointment with an implantologist, I took my elderly mother for the appointment. Beforehand, I had telephoned in the morning to confirm the 12.30, 11/11/2025 appointment. We arrived 5 minutes early and, upon pressing the intercom button, we were told to go upstairs to the Smiles Reception. With some difficulty, my 86 year old mother climbed the stairs (surprisingly, no lift available!). We arrived at an empty Reception room. No one around. No welcome. No acknowledgment. Just empty silence. We waited until around 12.45 whereupon we left. My mother was getting increasingly distraught as she, quite reasonably, assumed that - yet again - this was an instance of the ageism that she had experienced on numerous occasions. An appalling experience. Upon contacting the implantologist, we received an apology by text. Apparently, the implantologist had been running late but she promised to pass my comments to ‘the owner’ as she was not based there. Uh? Owner? What owner? As far as I was concerned, I was had been dealing with a dentist! Have I had any communication from the ‘owner’? No, of course not! Never again! One of the most unprofessional experiences in my life! Avoid!

Bradley gregson is the best dentist ever. I drove 6 hours to see him twice... once to have a tooth out and then 4 months later to gave a bridge fitted... Brad is an absolute superstar 😁 I would never change my dentist..its worth the 6 hour drive... Thank you Bradley 😊 🙏

After calling smile perfection and arranging a consultation. Brian and the dental assistant was absolutely brilliant. I am definitely not a fan of the dentist and have to say I have a major phobia. But from day one I was placed at ease as they talked me through the treatment needed .Well today I have just returned home after 1 hour treatment and what a transformation and was made to feel at ease all the way through. If your frightened of the dentist like a lot of people this is the dentist you need to visit . I would recommend smile perfection to anyone . Thanks so much . A very happy customer.
