Following a extraction, my existing chrome-cobalt denture is no longer viable, and for the immediate future I have to use an acrylic denture that I keep for emergencies. Unfortunately, I dropped this acrylic denture on Tuesday morning, and it split into three parts. I took it to Pete Aylott at Beeston Denture Clinic on Wednesday, and he said he could repair it for collection on Thursday. He completed the job within 24 hours! It is (almost) as good as new.

I have just collected my new denture, it fits very well and feels secure. I had really good service, I will be able to eat my Christmas dinner now. I don't have to use the glue anymore, as I did with my previous denture. Thanks Pete and Julie.

Worse experience and humiliation through and through for me. I was due to get married in 15 December 2024 and my wife sorted it out and paid nearly £4000 so I could have suction dentures and a perfect smile for our wedding day. I went for consultation to see if I was eligible for suction dentures as not every one is and there considerably more money then standard ones. I was told yes and your perfect teeth will be all done for my wedding day. Beeston denture took full payment and said all will be ok. I went for 6 appointments to literally days before our wedding day I went for final fitting and it was clear it wasn’t right. There meant to stay in with no glue and on pure suction but no I couldn’t eat for days , I couldn’t talk and told they have to bed in . I went to my wedding mortified as I couldn’t talk when we sat down to meal I couldn’t eat my meal. The day that’s meant to be the happiest day of my life was now I living nightmare! I couldn’t do a speech, I couldn’t talk and had to keep running to the bathroom to glue them back in. After this we had to go in honeymoon which because of my mouth completely spoiled it!!!! I had to get antibiotics as mouth got infected. Couldn’t eat, could talk it was my wort nightmare come true. I came home to speak to the owner to say I’ll sort it out but to find out to do suction dentures it has to be done ditically where there get it absolutely perfect for them to stay on suction. But mine wax Not done this way and just on molds. I was told not to worry I will now pay to send your impressions off to a lab that does do this and to suffer more and wait another 4 weeks. Living hell was my life , trying to work , can’t eat can’t sleep as in so much pain to be constantly messed about. So after 4 weeks u had another 4 appointments to go yet again on my final day to no suction yet again. Told same story to wait and bed in. I went away after now must be 15 visits and £4000 paid , months of agony ruined my wedding, constant pain to yet again to be same position as I was months ago. Told yet again to come back I I’ve got to be honest I had no faith in this man what’s so ever. Fed sob story don’t worry I’ll finally get it right which I’m sat here no £4000 less and worse off than when I had NHS ones. I was dare and said please refund me at least the difference from suction dentures to ones that need glue to be just ignored. So my wife’s asked for money back and nothing . No calls nothing. How can you do this to someone who genuinely in good faith was just politely robbed. I plead he does the right thing and refund my money or at least some to go elsewhere to try and get them sorted out. Please don’t con people, please don’t lie to people. I’m now speaking to solicitors to claim compensation and my money back. Please if only one person learns from my awful experience with BEESTON DENTURE It will be one person that does not go through my horrible horrific experience. Please do not go for any work from this man PETE you will be fed lies and robbed. I have full docs to support, full pictures to support, doctors letter for support so I no I will get somewhere with this . Please refund my money and let me got to someone who is competent of giving my suction dentures . Thank you for anyone who reads this and I will be posting this everywhere and even speaking to NOTTINGHAM evening post about my experience and want to expose this place for what it is .
