The hygienist is absolutely fantastic — thorough, gentle, and always happy to explain everything clearly. You can tell they take real pride in their work. And the dentists… honestly phenomenal. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine compassion they show is above and beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. My daughter was in pain with her broken filling and we were seen the same day, then had to come back the next day to see another dentist to see what work she needed doing. She unfortunately needed a root canal and being only 9 this was going to be very traumatic for her. The work was booked in for the same day in the afternoon and the dentist that carried it out was so lovely and kind and very patient with my daughter who was very scared. He put us both at ease all the way through. So thank you so much. It made our experience 100 times better. Sindy on reception was also very helpful and really sympathetic with myself and my daughter as she could see how scared she was. It's also very good service that we got her seen almost straight away and whenever a child is in pain they will always try and accommodate you and get you seen straight away, even if it is in school time!
