I would recommend this practice, very friendly manner of the team and they explained in simple terms about what needs doing. Had bad tooth ache a few months ago and they got me in the same day and removed the tooth so I was very pleased with the service.

Having had several thousand pounds worth of Invisalign treatment with James a few years ago and been happy with the results, I subsequently moved my regular dentistry appointments to the practice and committed to a monthly plan at a cost of £264 per year. My package included two annual dental appointments and two hygiene appointments, which I’ve booked consistently since, 6 months ahead. My two star review relates to the numerous short notice appointment cancellations I’ve experienced, since starting the plan, and more specifically, the appalling attitude of Amy Eadie, the practice manager. When my most recent appointment was cancelled, yet again, at the end of October, I decided that I had no option but to find another practice who I could rely on to not regularly cancel and not imply they were doing me a favour by offering to reschedule. After all, I was paying for a service with an expected customer service standard and it wasn’t being delivered. Having since contacted the practice to express my dissatisfaction with their service and subsequently registering my dental care with York Dental Suite, I had to wait almost a week for Amy to bother to reply to my numerous messages. When she finally did, she advised me that, “she doesn’t return phone calls because she’s too busy running two practices.” Customer service and patient satisfaction clearly aren’t two of her priorities! We’ve since exchanged a number of emails, in my attempt to get a refund, and her attitude and professionalism has been consistently appalling. I really couldn’t justify giving this practice any more of my loyalty or money and I’m sadly out of pocket having had my £132 refund request for my last 6 monthly payments with no appointments rudely denied. I felt obliged to leave this review so that others are aware of the standards and attitude I’ve experienced from the practice manager.

Had my first appointment today with Jess. She took time before hand to listen to my sensitivity concerns and adapted the clean to suit my comfort levels. She talked through future changes to the equipment that will help relieve my sensitivity during the hygiene appointments and showed me how to use an elec toothbrush to prevent any future gum recession. Overall, a lovely experience and was nice to be listened to. Thank you

Wouldn't recommend for Invisalign treatment. Almost impossible to get through to the reception team. I noticed when I was in the reception they keep the telephones on silent (no idea why). Found dentist Fahad to be quite rude and has a bad attitude, didn't actually trust him working with my teeth, seems very inexperienced and forgets he is working with someone's one set of teeth - feels like he does a bad job so he can do more work and make more money -I asked to move to a different dentist but was told I couldn't. It just has a very fake atmosphere as soon as you arrive. If you want an 'instagram' type treatment go here, but if you want a professional dental treatment go elsewhere. They are only here for profit.

I see Japkirat Sond at this practice. He is a very conscientious man. Very kind and helpful. He is very good at communications. He is working on my teeth at the moment and I trust him totally which is a lot for me to say as I am terrified of dentists. He is also a perfectionist. I feel very safe with Japkirat.

I had an exceptionally positive experience Dr J Sond from the outset calm and professional manner immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain each step of the procedure clearly and demonstrated great care and precision throughout. The entire team was courteous, supportive, and highly efficient. I felt thoroughly reassured and well looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Thank you 🤩
