I’ve had an appointment booked for over a month. I got a phonecall today, advising me my appointment has been cancelled (it’s still over a month away). The reason for the cancellation, according to the receptionist, was that the dentist would like to have their lunch break when my appointment was supposed to be! They can’t even rearrange for the same day and so my appointment is now delayed for another month. At a time when appointments are so hard to get in the first place, cancelling them purely due to someone rearranging their lunch break is appalling. Not good service and, I have to say, if that is the reason for the cancellation, I’d rather they made something else up, such as staff shortages etc. That would have been less of an insult.

Great dentists, my two year old son went for the first time and enjoyed the experience. Miss Younis and assistant made him very comfortable and he loved his sticker. My checkup was good too. Teeth cleaned, no pain.

Horrible experience just had I unfortunately missed 1 appointment for my child of 10 years yesterday I felt so guilty offering to pay for missed appointment Just to be told that my son was struck off register 🥺 for it I did get a bit sweary as I find that totally unreasonable I do suffer from brain fog at the moment due going through peri menopause and my son had ADHD to not have understanding of how people can make 1 mistake in the whole time they've been a client is unacceptable to me We are only human ! Yes I even had the appointment on my phone and they sent a reminder the day before Upto the afternoon of yesterday I remembered then all of a sudden without reason I forgot until 6pm :( I then was beating myself up about it Felt a horrible mum for forgetting apologised to my son too Treatment of NHS patients is appalling :( The receptionist did interupt after a few mins saying she could speak with manager but I declined due to the fact that if that was their policy especially towards children's appointments I wish never to return And that they can strike me off too Let someone else have the places until they miss an appointment too Beware they have no empathy and will just strike you off 😔 Even if you have a family emergency With no notice Because there is now a sign in the reception Don't know if even I was aware the last time I was in of it for all I know it could have changed inbetween that time too

Mr Khan and all staff at the practice were very helpful and friendly. Helped me with the removal of molar tooth that had split inhalf. He explained everything about procedure he would have to do to remove the tooth. Many thanks to all the staff

This dentist is a butcher. On my next visit I will be asking him to be more careful. Literally stabbed every part of my mouth, causing it to bleed and be in a lot of pain. Same applied to my partner. He rushes you in and out! Not sure if he even likes being a dentist or what is?

Dr Khan is the best.its so hard to find good dentist .but Dr Khan is really good.whole my family is with him .and he never let us down.best of the best ☺️
