Awful dentist. Destroyed multiple teeth. Badly cleaned then filled tooth.. ultimately needed taken out. Had composite packed too close to other tooth so other tooth broke. Mouth burnt by dentist. All in all terrible.

I recently visited Dr. Adam Shahzad at Troon Dental Practice for Invisalign and composite bonding, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My teeth now look better than I ever imagined, and I am completely obsessed with the results! Adam is a total perfectionist, and it’s clear in the quality of his work. The entire team at the practice was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend Adam and the practice enough!!

Had a root canal and private crown at this dental clinic recently. Service was excellent, all the staff are very friendly and treatment was completely pain free. I recommend if you are looking for a new dentist in the area to give them a try.

I went twice to this dentist for an hygienist visit, first time was taking me nearly 20 minutes late because of some drama with other colleagues (when I could hear everyhting they were saying about their Whatsapp group, not pro). It was a 30 minutes appointement that turned into not even 10 minutes. I have tried another time, a 20minutes appointment this time, and I coulnd't see what was done at the end after a 10 minutes delay and 5 minutes session into their very dirty mirror, came back home and realised the job was half done. Shall not come back!

needing to get the partical dentures reviewed and more teeth out, i was accused of being verbally aggressive to a receptionist a while ago, i was utterly gobsmacked, one, my dentist is not there any more, and two, they made up total lies to get rid of me because im on benifits and they need money to pay for the new premisis. they are lazy, rude, liars, painfull, ( leaving things in my mouth) messy. do not go there.

we did invisalign braces here for about 1 year and paid £2500 but in the end there was absolutely no difference. when we asked the doctor about the need to have the tooth extracted, the doctor told us that there is no need to extract the tooth and he can't have our tooth extracted here, either. we went to another dentist and the doctors here confirmed that we needed to have a tooth extracted for our treatment and they contacted the old dentist to make an appointment to have the tooth extracted. we had an appointment at 10:15' for tooth extraction. but they didn't tell us at all which dentist was needed for the extraction. we called ( at 10:10' ) to say we were on our way and maybe 10-15 min late but the lady on the phone said " NO " and she said pay £25 if you are late.when we arrived (10:30' ) and talked to her and also the manager ( Audrey March ) she still said " NO " and asked us to pay £25 if we wanted another appointment. we tried to explain to her but she still didn't want to give us a chance and just wanted to take our money. She showed us the Late Appointment Policy and I've seen it say 30' -60' late is £25 charge. I told her we were only about 15' -20' late and we called her 5 minutes before our appointment. but she still said NO and started shouting at us. She didn't want to give us a chance and asked us to leave. i think she is racist to us because we are asian. a manager with a customer service is terrible and horrible. just wanted to tell everyone not to waste money on this dental clinic.
