Excellent patient care, my recent appointment was an emergency one as had terrible toothache due to an abscess. Phoned the practice late morning and was given an appointment for just after lunch time, can not not say a bad work about this practice 5*s all the way. They care about there patients and not just money orientated

Absolutely dreadful service, 2 appointments for tooth ace both times can't do anything no swelling so can't provide antibiotics, can't do root canal as low success rate but then tried to pawn me off to pay £600 to a guy in the same building, can't remove have to be done surgically, they literally look at teeth for 2 seconds and thats the appointment over honestly I won't even be wasting my time with appointments now.

Having had some very bad experience with my previous dentist basically forgetting about me during covid then striking me off their list I had a long period without a dentist. Recently was able to register with this practice and thus far they have been great. Reception staff are calm and helpful, had one appointment with the dentist who was very nice and also one with hygenist so far who was also very nice and patient with me, great guidance and give teeth a great clean. Being quite a nervous patient thus far im feeling at ease with this practice.

If I could leave a lower star for this practice I truly would. I would never recommend it to anyone. Abdul is clueless, spends zero time looking in your mouth and is very VERY inexperienced and admits it! I’m glad I dropped this practice when they couldn’t accommodate an emergency tooth extraction that I needed. You are an NHS Dentist, you should provide the highest standards of care. You are supposed to be regulated. Improve the practice for the sake of the rest of your patients.

I'm actually not surprised to see so many 5 star reviews ..it's easy when you can pick and choose what reviews stand out ... receptionists are decent perhaps some of the dentists are decent but personally I would not recommend this practice if it was the only practice in the UK ..the worst mistake I made was registering with this practice and to say they have ruined my life is an understatement! They can't even keep hold of records properly and the turnover of staff is testimont to how poor of a practice it really is !! But suppose if I were a private patient my experience would be different? Best advice I could give is research any practice before registering and if they have a huge turnover of staff life my dentist does then that is all one would need to know not to use such a place !

Feel incredibly fortunate to have such a fantastic dentist in Abdul Bari. Always a friendly face, and his calm and easy demeanour makes you feel relaxed, especially in a situation that for many people is very stressful. It feels like he genuinely takes an interest in his dental patients and in getting to know their personal circumstances. That attention to detail is unusual in many lines of work, so to find it someone who you know must see 1000s of patients and mouths in between your 6 monthly visits makes you feel like you are getting an exceptional service.

Have been with dentist, just over 10 years, have been happy with my treatment up to now,but my appointment yesterday was an absolute farce, arrived 5 minutes early so as to be on time. I was told by Receptionist I've not met before that I had to go upstairs, which is 2 flights of steep stairs, now the Practice are aware that for the last year now,I cannot climb stairs die to my Disability, so they use the ground floor treatment room,Anyway a couple just before me pay for their Private treatment and go into this treatment room before me,I waited nearly Half an Hour before they came out,My Hygenist who I regularly see was waiting to use the room also, presumably she had other appointments that were being held up they she needed to attend to upstairs.I finally get taken into the treatment room,my appointment was meant to be at 12.25pm,It was nearly 1pm by this point, this meant that she had to rush my treatment, usually she takes her time, she is a lovely person, treats people with respect, so it's not her fault.I have my treatment then go to Reception again,to pay for my tepe brushes,by cash, same Receptionist says 'We don't have any change' in an abrupt manner,I said well donet you take card?,yes she says.Looked at card machine it says Zero, she wasn't paying attention due to chatting with her colleague. Finally she says I've made you an appointment in 3 months, but you are having a new dentist, your regular dentist is NOT taking NHS patients anymore. I wasn't asked I was told. This is the 4th time they have changed my regular dentist without notice. This experience left me really stressed ,so I'm changing dentist, there was also another Disabled lady with a walking stick who had to go upstairs as ground floor room was Occupied, seems to me if you,are an NHS patient you are at the back of the queue, but if you have money you are given Priority

Had my braces on for about 3 years, forgot about me for 9 months to tell me they didn’t even write me a care plan after 2 years so was told in February I have to start again and have them on for another 12 months. My teeth look worse now than they did before. Today I had an appointment to get them taken off to then be told after I had set off it had been cancelled. Wouldn’t recommend.

I'm a disabled woman with Fibromyalgia. This means I suffer chronic pain & fatigue that makes me physically unable to get out of bed half of every wk. Due to the unpredictable nature of flares I sometimes can't keep my apts. This is not my choice. I have to live half a life. What I shouldn't have to face is discrimination at being disallowed to book further apts to get the nhs treatment I need. Nhs cancellation policy was not made to prevent disabled people treatment. I'm appalled to be treated this way.
