Another excellent experience. Zameera is fantastic.

Leppard Dental Centre has not given me a check up appointment in over 2 years. I would suggest that since they have been taken over by 'My Dentist', they are no longer interested in NHS patients.

No one likes the dentist 😂 but I will say the women I come into contact with up my dentist Lyppards are nice and very friendly and to be fair that's all you can hope for within a dentist but they do sort me out for which I am grateful thankyou

I have been registered with this dentist for over 20 years. It has become impossible to secure any NHS appointment in the last 4 years. Private appointments next day no problem, poor reception service and please stop claiming to be a nhs dentist, you are not.

Absolutely not acceptable, boys are not able to see dentists for more than 2 years... Excuse is, have no nhs dentist... Places like this should be closed...

I'm not with this dentist but I know someone who is. They havent been able to see them as an NHS patient since before covid. Every time they make an appointment, they cancel on him a week before. He had an appointment in July. Now yet again they have postponed the appointment till January 2025. Not good enough. If they went privately they could get in tomorrow. Do they not have a conscience!!. Personally I would go to the press. See what they do them. Appalling behaviour. Has anyone else encountered the same problem.

I recently received a letter from the practice to say my check up Nhs appointment on 20/6/24 was cancelled. (No problem-these things happen) I went into the practice to re schedule my check up & was informed there’s no check up slot available till mid Feb 2025. I asked at the time why such a long time as I’d already waited 6 months for my what was June appointment. The staff member said there were only treatment slots available this year & not check up slots. To which my reply was”I hope the same thing doesn’t happen in Feb 2025” I asked her could she put me on a cancellation list to which she said she couldn’t. Although I’m not in pain & have yearly nhs check ups it seems clear that my dentist does have a problem with planning/ scheduling/staff issues or all 3. Surely when a booking is booked as my original June appointment was it would’ve shown up on the system as a checkup as apparently the system is colour coded. Why is s check up suddenly unimportant; surely it’s better to be checked to minimise potentisll problems developing. Not happy-I’m sure if I was a paying customer not NHS patient I’d get an appointment a lot quicker!

Alex, (dentist) and her dental assistant have been absolutely wonderful during a difficult time for me. I cannot praise them enough for the compassion and empathy they showed. in fact all the staff on duty today 14.09.23 were kind and considerate and do not need to be spoken to like I witnessed one receptionist been spoken to today. It is not their fault there are no dentists, they are only doing there job under instruction from management. Alex, thank you! and hopefully see you again

They penalise you. I've been a faithful private client for some time. Today I was due for an appointment and due to circumstances totally out of my control I was unable to get there in time. I rand to inform them and rebook and, (after being on hold for 15 minutes) I was told that I'd have to pay a £43 charge for late cancellation if I wished to rebook. They've just lost all of future custom. Plenty more dentists in the city.
