Great dentist, incredibly holistic and realistic. Amazing staff who genuinely care and remember. As someone who has needed a lot of dental work in my life, I have had my fair share of experiences - and this has to be my best! Thank you!!

My partner registered at this dentist 4 years ago as an NHS patient. Recently she was informed that she no longer was one and so we called to confirm this as she was in need of some treatment on a crown. They said they’d get back to us. We called again two days later and asked if there was an update, there wasn’t any update as they hadn’t looked but booked us an appointment and said they’d find out by the time of the appointment. We arrived for the appointment and asked again about the NHS service and they said they’ll have to dig through the files and find out for us. The appointment went ahead and no further comment about the NHS was made. They had ignored it. My partner was advised to have tooth removed or crown replaced, but it was up to us and rebooked us another appointment as private treatment. We return a few days later asking for the tooth removal but the dentist changed his mind and said crown replacement would be better and that it would last at least a year, but likely much longer. It cost £150 for the two appointments and they never addressed our NHS queries and were quite ignorant and rude. We paid and left hoping at least the problem was resolved. Only 4 weeks later the crown fell out. How useless can they be. It’s extra frustrating when no other dentists in Cambridge are accepting NHS patients and the dentists she was registered as an NHS patient at refuses to actually confirm that she is. 100% do not recommend. We will be seeking a free replacement from them now.

Hi everyone, be careful of this place.. They literally don't care what you say... I am new in the uk, and I took the appointment to fix my tooth cap.(I already had it, ..its just came out) This dental doctor who is working there he broke my tooth cap while fixing it and blaming it was too thin..also took the appointment to fix the cap but he was checking if I have a cancer..its so bad impression..really hurted..so careless people.

I went to this surgery in a panic and I needed to get a tooth extraction, I had it done today. Dr Mullins was very welcoming, calming and understanding with me and chit chatted to me the whole way through which was a great distraction. He also gave me great advice for aftercare. The receptionist was very pleasant also. Nothing is too much bother for her. Very efficient and reasonably priced. If I need dental work don't again I will definitely go back. Much appreciated.

Paid £50 JUST FOR AN X-RAY when it is usually 15-25. Sat on the chair for maybe 10min at most... When i booked in for a filling the appointments were 1h delayed!! I was forced to leave to not be late for work. Better off going somewhere else 👍🏻

The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and rude.

Mr Mullins is a great dentist. I used to be a nervous patient but I'm fine here . Husband and son also love him. He carries out what you need very professionally , explains carefully and doesn't try to sell you expensive cosmetic dentistry , etc.
