I am amending this review upon request from B&P who have sent me a letter as they "do not believe it warrants a 1 star review" and state the account I have given is "inaccurate". Personally I find the nature of the letter one of poor taste with undertones such as "should the review remain we will be compelled to seek legal advice". Below is a more in-depth account of exactly what happened. I've been using the practice for years but mostly for their hygienist, Marik - my teeth are checked regularly by my sister once a year when I visit her. That day I woke up with a debilitating pain on a crowned tooth and as my sister lives in another country, I went to B&P with the aim to get an Xray and compare it with the one my sister had of that tooth a year ago to see any changes. I explained the situation and the receptionist kindly agreed they could do that and booked me for the afternoon. 15 minutes before my appointment while I was on my way there, I received a phone call and a lady telling me that they can't do the Xray because I haven't been using their dentist for a while and I'm not registered with them. I was puzzled at that, because not only myself but also 3 other members of my family use their practice. I tried on the phone to explain how much pain I was in but she was adamant that I had to book a consultation the week after and that was that. The lady's tone was cold and hurried, no understanding at all. I've wasted all morning in pain and now I had to find a new practice. A friend suggested one and I rung them. They immediately understood my pain and situation, slotted me in and agreed on an X -ray that took place within an hour. They explained clearly that the X-ray would be followed by a short consultation to read it, which of course I expected and agreed. The experience showed me how people-oriented, kind and understanding that practice was. I booked my treatments immediately with them. I felt quite disappointed at how B&P conducted themselves that morning, particularly when they saw me in such pain. They came across as abrupt, inflexible, uncaring. I would have no problem paying for a consultation of the Xray if they worried that I would only pay for the X ray. The phone call suggested to me that getting the full cost of a new member's consultation was their aim that morning, not trying to sort out my pain. The clear difference between the two practices highlights how important it is that customer service is people-oriented, rather than business-oriented. Manners matter. I wrote the initial review in agony - the same day. I gave it a 1 * maybe because I felt so let down. But after they sent me that letter, I gladly keep that 1* not only for their customer service but also for their terrible attitude.

I love this Dental Practice, I lost my fear of Dentists with their reassurance and very polite staff, who are very attentive, I have been using Bradley and Partners for over 30 years, travelling from Ramsgate to Canterbury for my appointments, a very enjoyable experience.

Had my first appointment for dental hygienist today. Excellent price and charming staff. Worth a trip to visit this beautiful building. The interior design is unique in every way and very stylish. Sorry did I say my dental treatment was great. Will return. Thankyou

My husband and I booked for our first appointments and paid £180 pounds deposit for thus. However on.the day we were upset to realise a very genuine error was made I believed I rang a surgery locally not in Canterbury. Rang them at once profusely apologised. A very real error. Told to email manager. Received the coldest email back . Thry refuse to send a refund AT ALL even though we r pensioners and they know this was so genuine. Email ended..... can.be of no further assistance. So harsh So cold. So money grabbing So heartless we r still terribly upset

I had to have dental treatment yesterday, and I cannot recommend Bradley and Partners highly enough. Nadim performed the dental work and was gentle and Marek, who cleaned my teeth, was quite comical, putting me at ease. Every member of staff were friendly and polite.

Panos is a wonderful dentist, very gentle and reassuring. I’m normally terrified of needles, to the point I will avoid medical treatments but honestly the injection I needed for my filling was painless. Whole experience has been pleasant! Thank you Panos! 5 stars!!
