Just had new dentures done by AHMED, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Very polite, explained all to me and advised on best option for new dentures to look and fit better. Impressions done very efficiently, new dentures fitted, all very well and look amazing !!!! . Have had dentures for a few years but not happy with them so decided to have new set done and what a transformation. I am so pleased and happy. I feel much more confident with them, they feel very comfortable and eating food will no longer be a doubtful experience. AHMED....thank you, you are a brilliant dentist and have given me such a fantastic transformation !!!!!

me and my family recently got registered there after trying multiple different dentists space became available the staff there have been amazing especially with my little one who had to have a tooth removed they made sure he didn’t worry about it and made the whole experience less stressful than expected cannot recommend them enough

Quick to get rid of NHS patients.. told me I've been wiped off the NHS list due to short notice cancellation which I believe was day before and my mum had a serious fall so no show .. Terrible!! The times they have cancelled and moved my appointment !! I'm happy to send a photo of my mum's bashed up face!! Thanks for your understanding!! NOT!!

i had an appointment today with Dr Syed and can i just say wow! he was wonderful my anxiety was through the roof as i have had bad experiences with dentists but he made me feel so relaxed and nurse Demi (sorry if spelt wrong) who told me it was her first day was so so lovely best ever, thank you so much for making it a stress free appointment !

I went in for an appointment earlier today. Dr Ahmed was amazing, I have a fear of the dentist and my anxiety was terrible. He helped me feel more comfortable and answered all of my questions during the appointment. Even when I needed multiple breaks, he was patient, friendly, and efficient. Helen Savruk was also amazing throughout the appointment, she was very friendly and always had a smile whenever I interacted with her, it helped put me at ease. thank you to everyone for making this a positive experience, I highly recommend

I had a dental appointment recently, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. Prior to the procedure, I requested a glucose tablet, as I had felt dizzy after receiving local anesthesia during a previous visit. To my surprise, I was met with the comment, “Oh, you’re not man enough.” This remark was not only dismissive but also highly inappropriate—especially in 2025, when society is actively confronting issues like misogyny, sexism, and toxic “alpha male” behavior. I believe the staff member’s name was Sam. Additionally, while I was still in the chair undergoing treatment, Sam repeatedly urged Sarmad to “hurry up” because another patient was waiting. It was incredibly unprofessional to prioritize speed over proper care, especially while a procedure was in progress. That said, I want to sincerely thank Sarmad for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent work, despite the constant interruptions and pressure from the nurse. He made the experience more bearable with his calm and respectful demeanor. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no patient should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected during a medical appointment.
