They barely pick up the calls and sometimes they don’t even pick up the call and the pattern is when it’s 1 hour before closing time which shows their are lazy. They also seem to not value time. Please fix your phone system. However the staff are decently kind and place is good. I got kicked out because I came 10 minutes before and apparently there wasn’t any space even there was.

I got my braces off today , there nice , service is good , but very painful when I had some Asian lady tighten them every time she was really rude and one time made me cry, cause the she hurt my mouth as she was aggressive and not much gentle but today there was another worker , she was very understanding and very sweet, and gentle

Just off the phone with receptionist trying to help my daughter that has secondary condition and explain she is in pain, two days of exchanging emails that they request you to send to explain issue just to tire you off, then decided to ring today clearly no one even read email or try to understand her situation. Again I tried to explain my daughter disability with been met with cold , sarcastic responses, as ugly service as you can get. As it it NHS service paid from people taxes with no control over it this is what you get. I wish that receptionist lovely day as she makes othe people day miserable. They make you feel every moment like they are making you a favour. Trully broken system. Emails are.sent from.them with no name mentioned so you can not refer back who you talk to. When I mentioned that to receptionist she sarcastically said you talk to "Sharing smiles" and challenged me of I do not know to whom I am sending emails. Attitude beyond belief.

I'm really disappointed with the service at this dental clinic. They seem to have a double standard when it comes to time. If you're late for your appointment, they slap you with a fine, which is understandable to a point. However, every single time I’ve had an appointment, I get called in 20-30 minutes late. So, I’m always left sitting around, twiddling my thumbs, waiting for them to be ready. What’s worse is that once you’re finally in, everything moves at a snail's pace. The staff seem unmotivated, and the whole atmosphere is just dead. It feels like they don't value my time at all, which is frustrating when they’re so strict about punctuality on the patient's end. Overall, the inconsistency and lack of respect for my time make it hard to recommend this clinic. I hope they can address these issues to improve the patient experience because, as it stands, it's just not worth the hassle.
