I had a very disappointing experience at Pond Square Dental. The atmosphere was unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. In particular, I found the management and reception to be extremely rude in their manner. The dentist and management also spoke in a dismissive way, not only to me as a patient, but also to their own nursing staff — which was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. Respect and courtesy should be standard in any healthcare setting, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I left feeling upset and undervalued, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking a friendly, respectful dental service. DO NOT GO THERE
