I’ve been a patient for several years and once really rated the care and treatment but I’ve had a series of concerns regarding this dental practice over the last 2 years and as a result I’ve started to use a private practice for additional check ups for both myself and my children for peace of mind. During these check ups, there have been basic issues spotted at the private which Jubilee haven’t mentioned. I’ve even had a filling in the wrong area of the tooth, leaving decay still present. Even more concerning, when my children had their latest check ups at Jubilee, the dentist used the same set of implements. The appointments are so rushed, it’s easy to see how mistakes happen and patient care is less of a priority.
