My dentist Birkenhead park been at this dentist for many years as an NHS patient never had any problems here all the staff are lovely very friendly my dentist has always explain fully any treatment I've needed ,and they also send you txt ,phone calls and email reminders for my appointments

I went in for a filling a year ago and my dentist used the drill/shaver that was ment to be used for the filling to remove plaque off my tooth after he did the filling. I asked at the time was that normal he did that and he said yes. I only asked as my tooth was very rough. The texture never matched the other teeth. I changed dentist as I didn't think what he did was right and it turns out that what he did was not what you are ment to do. As I've been going to my current dentist regularly with good dental hygiene and they have fixed my teeth that broke after I was in a car accident, that was ment to be fixed by the this dentist but instead the tooth that I got a filling for here is know damaged due to what the dentist at this sight had done. I have been told that what the dentist (using the grinder on my tooth) has destroyed the enamel and know the tooth is dead and the filling is comeing out. So I'm left thinking why did I go here. Had top teeth extractions and a denture made and fitted. This was done in several appointments. Each appointment I was made to feel at ease by Anup and his team. I have needed dental treatment most of my adult life but after moving to the wirral my dental checkups were neglected, hence needing the drastic dental work. It was a big decision but Anup respected my wishes and budget which made his job harder which he fully explained, but the final product was worth it. The only cons I can say is my appointments were postponed a couple of times last min which made my treatment longer to complete and wasted annual leave from work but fully understand things happen. The pros weigh out the cons for sure. Glad to be able to smile with confidence again.
