A few weeks ago, I visited Moston Dental Practice and had a truly disappointing experience. The dentist who attended to me was a Muslim woman—I don’t remember her name—and she was extremely, extremely «rude»* throughout the visit. I came in for a few fillings, and not only was the work done hastily and without proper care, but her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. After the procedure, I experienced pain and infection due to the poor quality of the work. When I returned to address these issues, the same dentist was again very rude and unhelpful, and the situation wasn’t resolved. I feel it’s important to share this so others can be aware and choose their dental care provider carefully.

Been scared off dentist since I have broke and missing teeth this is highly professional the staff on the desk and dentist are the nicest and so professional my smile already looks a million times better thank you so much max

I had a very poor experience with Mr. Z. Mohsin at Moston Dental Practice. He was dismissive and rude during my appointment, told me to go back abroad for a tooth that was previously treated, and then tried to end my filling appointment early even though plenty of time was left. Very unprofessional and upsetting experience. On a positive note, the reception staff were very kind, polite, and helpful, which I really appreciated

I went for my first appointment today the lady dentist I saw was lovely she treated me with kindness and respect. She explained what she was doing before she did anything. I felt valued and can’t recommend this practice enough.

The receptionist called Ikra (sorry if I have spelt her name wrong) She is very rude when answering tje phone. It's not the first time when I have spoken to her she is like this. She does not give me time to speak she is rushing me off the phone without listening properly. Maybe she would benefit from more training on people skills. Or if she is not happy in her job role, maybe she should she look at a new role to suit her.

Been a patient with Mr woodier for over 20 years and never had any problems always a 5 star service as always the receptionist are always great really helpful and friendly .the only problem now is the phone service, when I call I have to ring 2 to 3 times before I get an answer as it just rings,and when I got through I asked for an appointment in April and was told I have to have it in March I told them it was Inconvenient for me but she still persisted I had it in March so I said I would call back another time. I also called to cancel an appointment for my daughter and asked to reschedule for another day and was told oh just phone back another day and make one? This resulted in me having to go to the surgery to book appointments. This practise has always been brilliant but the phone service is letting it down. Such a shame.

Me and My Partner have struggled to find a NHS dentist. We rung here and straight away they were happy to take us on and offered us both appointments straight away. We have attended our appointment and the staff are extremely polite and happy to help. This is nothing like some NHS dentists where NHS patients are treated like dirt. The treatment is performed with a high level care and the staff (Dentist, Assistant and Receptionist) are very understanding about any of your concerns no matter how little. Both me and my partner are happy to have been taken on here and will be happy to remain here for the foreseeable.

I started feeling pain in the right side of my face with more intensity at night time. The very next day l called this Dental practice around 09.30h and was offered an appointment the same day at 12.30h. I was so happy! During the appointment l had an X-ray, and after diagnosis l had my tooth 🦷 feeling. Thank you so much Clinic for your amazing job ⭐️. Moston Dental accept NHS funding patients upon availability. ❤️❤️

I have just attended a dental appointment at Moston dental practice for an extraction and filling. I have a life long irrational fear of the dentist. John did my treatment and for the 1st time in years I felt relaxed and understood. I did not feel any pain even from the injections as he used numbing cream on my gums. His kindness and care was a pleasure to receive and also his assistant was so lovely. Highly recommend John especially if you're a nervous patient. Thank you John. The whole practice is excellent. My brother also attends there. He has disabilities and again the care and kindness shown to him is excellent.
