I’m usually very nervous about going to the dentist, but my experience at 207 Dental was genuinely lovely from start to finish. Beckie on reception was warm, welcoming and so reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. Emily, my dentist, was absolutely brilliant. She was gentle, explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Thank you both for making something I usually dread feel completely stress free. I couldn’t recommend 207 Dental enough.

Absolutely love coming to this practise, Beckie on the desk is so welcoming and friendly, she really makes you feel comfortable straight away. After been scared of the dentist for along time, I finally feel safe, Ilana is amazing. Honestly couldn't recommend 207 dentist anymore. ☺️

Client service is incredibly slow, they don't reply to emails unless you chase them on phone every day. They take weeks to solve administrative issues. They do not provide root canal treatment, instead they refer you to an unknown dental practice for it which is far from city. Overall, it was a waste of time and money coming here.

I’ve been coming to this dental practice for some time and have consistently had great experiences with the dentists and hygienists — they’re professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. Most of the reception staff are also friendly and helpful, making appointments and check-ins smooth. However, I’ve had repeated negative encounters with one receptionist (Christine or Christy). She comes across as unhelpful and at times intimidating, which really affects the otherwise welcoming atmosphere of the practice. It’s a relief when other team members are available to assist instead. I hope this feedback is taken constructively — everyone else at the practice does a fantastic job, and it’s a shame when one person leaves such a different impression

My partner and I have been patients at 207 for many years. We have seen many changes of staff but the current team are the very best. From the moment you step into the waiting room you feel welcome and safe. Becky the Practice Manager is warm, friendly and reassuring, the dental nurses are professional, confident and knowlegeable, and Ilana is simply the best dentist anyone could wish for. If you are a nervous patient, we can highly recommend 207 for their kindness and patience.
