Following an emergency referral via 111 for severe tooth pain, I received exceptional care. The staff demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, and the female dentist performed the necessary procedure with minimal discomfort, despite my apprehension regarding needles. I would rate the experience as a perfect 10/10.

I am really disappointed by the accuracy of the appoitments. Unfortunately the last few years there is always a delay of an average 15' ( it happened to wait even 30' in some cases) . This is happening in every single appoitment. At the same time the messages I am receiving from the practice about my appointment make always clear that if I am unable to attend they have the right to cancel my appointment, remove me from NHS list or charge me a penalty. I tried in a very polite way to raise my concerns both to the Dr and the reception. The Dr was apologetic every single time and the reception attidute was... Business as usual. I felt really disappointed. So I visited another practice just to realise that this situation is not the rule everywhere. That made my disappointment even bigger. So after many years visiting water orton dendist practice I have to change and visit another dendist practise. It is just shame...

I am a new patient and have just had my first inspection. I am not the greatest fan of the dentist and am a very nervous patient so was a little apprehensive when attending today. I need not have worried as the Dentist I saw was wonderful, he did a very thorough examination and explained everything. He made me feel at ease straightway and had a very calming manner. I am booked in for my check up in 6 months time.......with the same Dentist of course 😁.

I have visited this dental clinic several times. I have tried need to pay more than the NHS charges (I was not informed before charging), and I have tried to pay for the entire treatment (explaining that the cost includes subsequent follow-up visits), but after the follow-up, When I went to the second treatment course (dental cleaning), the clinic asked me to pay again. After an argument, the clinic said that it was a mistake and said that I would make an appointment for the next visit. During this course of treatment, When I came to the clinic for the third time... I still had my teeth cleaned more casually than the last time. Then the clinic said I had to charge an additional fee (not included in the NHS fee table). Why did I have to do two dental cleanings in less than a month? I felt It is a very unprofessional and I felt that deceptive marketing method. I will never use this dental clinic again in the future.

I’m a new patient to this dental surgery and ever since I’ve stepped through the doors and have been greeted by their lovely receptionist Tara they have catered to my every need I would also like to commend the many dentists and assistants that work there they are the most professional I have seen in the entire healthcare sector they are always going above and beyond when treating me and ensuring I am satisfied 10/10 service

I registered as an NHS patient a few weeks ago and had my initial consultation. Needed a root canal. The dentist I had at my first appointment was excellant and told me they would start it asap and it would take a few appointments to complete. Left with an appointment to return a few weeks later. Came to my next appointment on Friday morning with Heshaam. What a completely different experience. He absolutely did not want to do the work! Without any examination, he proceeded to tell me all the bad things that can happen with a root canal! Bearing in mind I had one about 10 years ago and it was never an issue! He told me that he could refer me to a 'specialist' and it would cost about £700. He told me that the gum could end up damaged and infected leading to swollen gum and face. I asked him if he didn't feel comfortable doing to procedure and that he wasn't filling me with confidence and he meekly told me he just had to tell me all that could go wrong and added that the equipment he would use could break and cause further issues too. It was at this point that I said I felt it would be best if I booked with another dentist within the practice because I was very uncomfortable at the thought of him doing the work. He again meekly said yes that's fine and to go to reception where Tara would rebook my appointment as a continuation of care. Tara couldn't find a suitable appointment and told me the practice manager would call me on Monday morning.... I'm still waiting for that call.... Very disappointed with the level of service and care. I made a 50 minute round trip to that appointment to just leave with nothing done and no phone call as promised.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, came in as an emergency referred from 111, Sahjida & Tara on reception did an amazing job by getting me squeezed in to see the dentist. Big thank you to all the team at Water Orton Dental Clinic.
