I flew over from Northern Ireland to the Metal Free Dentist last week as I wanted a Bilogical Extraction with Ozone on my two infected very old root canal teeth. From making my initial enquiries with the very helpful receptionists to getting my treatment, I cannot praise this clinic enough and how helpful and kind they were. My Dental Surgeon, Dr Dharmista Adams,was so lovely and kind put me at ease immediately as i was very nervous. The extractions were done with no pain like Dr Adams promised and she was very meticulous in removing every bit of infection and i had a bone graft done also to prepare for implants at a later date. Aftercare was excellent and I am so pleased with my treatment. Thank you so much, definitely recommend this clinic to anyone , I am delighted !

I had a lot of Amalgam fillings and wanted to have them replaced for health reasons. I knew that I had to find a dentist that would do this safely and my local dentist did not use the SMART protocol to remove amalgam fillings. After a lot of research I found "Metal free dentist", Manchester (360 Dental Care) who did it safely using the SMART protocol. My treatment work was carried out by Dr Alejandra. I had a positive experience having my amalgams safely removed and replaced. The entire process was explained to me beforehand, and I was made to feel at ease throughout. More dentists should be trained in the SMART protocol for amalgam removal, as the health risks of mercury exposure are significant. It’s essential to choose a SMART-trained dentist to ensure the safest possible procedure.

Highly recommend Dr Dharmista Desai-Adams. I had a problematic root treated molar tooth removed recently & she carefully did the extraction by sectioning it & then bone grafted, ready for a Ceramic Implant to be placed in a few months time. Lovely manner, puts you at ease and didnt feel a thing - not only a Metal free dentist but a Pain free dentist too!!

Amazing service from start to finish, ultra professional, great attention to detail and I felt really well looked after. The best medical experience I have ever had to be honest. Worth paying a bit extra to get looked after properly especially when it comes to mercury amalgam removal. They use a special dam and suction to make sure I wasn't exposed to any mercury and gave me special tablets that bind to any mercury ingested from the procedure, but from the precautions used there wouldn't have been any ingested anyways... 100% highly recommended !

As Dr Alejandra, was one of the only registered SMART dentists around, I was hoping that I had chosen the right dentist. and I absolutely did. I explained to her all my health issues and my reasons for the procedure, and she understood everything I was trying to achieve. She explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and reassured. They took every measure possible to protect me and them from the dangers of mercury vapor, and I was more than happy with the results.
