Unfortunately I was let down by the reception team who initially booked me an emergency appointment to refit a temporary crown that fell off within 12 hrs of fitting - I atted at the give time only to be informed there was no appointment booked by a lone receptionist who clearly did not believe I had an appointment - very distressing situation!
