I have been going to this dental surgery for around 30 years since it was at its old location above the library. I was a bit apprehensive about the surgery changing hands a couple of years ago since i always get nervous visiting the dentist and had built up a level of trust with my original dentist, Donya, but all of the staff are great. My new dentist Kathryn is lovely and always takes the time explaining everything and answering my questions. The surgery has a nice and calm vibe. They offer a great range of services which the dentist and hygienists are happy to explain if you are interested. Couldn't recommend this Dentist enough.

This is an incredible dentist! I have been a patient for over 24 years and highly recommend it to anyone. I travel a fair way from my home just to keep going to them as I wouldn’t want to move anywhere else. The level of care given is incredible. Nothing is too much and everyone who works at the practice is lovely, kind, professional and helpful. The care they give my children on their check ups is amazing. They make them feel at ease and it’s never rushed. They offer advice and support to them to help them protect their teeth going into adulthood. They offer some new and exciting state of the art services now and I would definitely recommend to everyone. Louisa is the kindest most gentle dentist I have ever had and makes sure you are happy and comfortable throughout any procedure. Second to none. I regularly benefit from acupuncture for a range of health problems. A chance conversation with the dentist receptionist led to the discovery that Katherine Lland, my dentist, is also trained to use acupuncture. What a difference it made to my treatment experience. 2 needles stopped the severe gag reflex while having a filling. In future I will also have the 'relax and stay calm' points: great for those with dentist anxiety. Amazing after 50 years of dread, no matter how kind, gentle or understanding my dentists have been.

I've been a patient at the surgery for many years, and under the care of Jigme and his team who looked after me amazingly when i had to have a tooth removed and then make a decision and consider my options regarding replacing it. Jigme took the time to discuss fully my options, answered all my questions and concerns in a friendly professional manner.
