I highly recommend orthopedist Dr. Jerzy Kucharski! From my own experience, I can say that he is very specific and competent. I didn't have to ask many questions, as he explained the causes of my symptoms in great detail. He recommended rehabilitation and gave me a specific set of exercises. I will definitely return to him.

I recently visited this clinic for the first time. It was a dental check-up. I liked everything: nice reception staff, nice dentist. If you need to check something very quickly, voila, you have an appointment the next day.

I would like to highly recommend the dental services at Top Medical, especially Dr. Aleksandra Goyal and dental nurse Aleksandra Twardowska. I am usually very anxious before any dental appointment, but after my first visit with these two ladies, I felt calm and relaxed for every subsequent appointment. Both Ola's listened to all my concerns, adjusted the treatment accordingly, and explained in detail what the issues were and what the treatment plan would look like. Their professional, caring and patient approach made a huge difference for me. I truly appreciate their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent and compassionate dental care.

I've used Top Medical many times and have never been disappointed. ❤️ Dr. Alina Kujawa is a true gem, the best family doctor ever. She's very competent, thorough, always kind, and always listens to everything. The receptionists are incredibly kind. ❤️❤️

I'm not one to complain, but after my recent phone consultation with endocrinologist Magdalena Pogwizd for £110, which lasted a maximum of 10 minutes and brought absolutely NOTHING to my life, much less solve my problems, I feel I need to publicly express my opinion. I'm a very physically active person and I exercise, but due to certain hormonal imbalances (as shown by test results), my recent progress hasn't been as good as I'd hoped. That's why I decided to contact an endocrinologist, hoping she'd help stabilize my raging cortisol and thyroid hormones. Magdalena didn't say anything new (that I didn't already know). She even stated that these results were distorted due to my lifestyle and that to get the correct results I would have to refrain from sports for a few months? 😳 She also added in a cheeky tone, "But I assume you won't be able to do that." 😳 No, dear lady – of course not! I came for an appointment so you could help me regulate my hormones and water retention (cortisol), taking into account my lifestyle, not by changing it! The icing on the cake was when I mentioned my lengthening menstrual cycles... I mentioned that two or three times since the beginning of this year I've had a cycle that lasted 64 days. To which the doctor replied that if I'm not planning on having any more children, nine periods a year would be absolutely enough. 😳😳😳 Shocking!!! How is that "enough"? You're not in charge of deciding the number of periods a patient has! A complete disaster, I don't recommend it! A waste of money, because I don't count those 10 lost minutes.

I wouldn't recommend seeing an orthopedist, Jerzy Kucharski. I went to get my MRI results read for £130. The doctor took one look and said it was beyond his competence. He didn't examine me, didn't ask about my lifestyle, etc., said absolutely nothing about the results, and didn't explain the MRI report, which is why I went. The doctor dismissed me as needing a neurosurgeon. I didn't get the sick note I paid for at the appointment; I only received a prescription. After leaving, I felt worse than before the appointment. Totally ignored. I asked for a medical report, wanting to have something on paper. The doctor said I was unfit for work and would receive a sick note, and the report would include disc herniation, stenosis, and other conditions. I expected everything to be taken care of immediately. I didn't get my sick leave and probably won't, even though I paid for it. (Edit: I didn't, even though I called for it.) I was supposed to wait a week for the medical report, but it turned out to be 10 days. In the end, the report was a joke. £60 extra just to describe 1/10th of what was wrong with me. The report doesn't say anything the doctor said would be there, and I have a witness who was with me at the surgery. When you pay privately, you expect better care, but I felt worse here than with free care. So the doctor didn't help me at all, and I learned nothing. I spent a total of £190 for nothing. I think the courtship can also be moved outside of work, because the woman who wrote the prescription seemed to be distracting the doctor, hence the mistakes. Regarding the report, I thought the doctor would describe my true condition, describe the MRI tests, hernia, and other issues, but he only described a tenth of my ailments and my actual health. I've never experienced such abysmal care. One woman was very nice, but Dorota, the manager and receptionist, was a disaster! When I told her I hadn't received a sick note at the appointment, she arrogantly claimed she couldn't get one because the doctor wasn't there and only gave it to me at the appointment. But he didn't, and it was my first time there, traveling from another city. The rude remarks made me understand what others meant in their reviews of the receptionist. So, I don't expect anything from this clinic anymore; it's a waste of time, money, and sanity. Zero empathy. I will never use this clinic again; steer clear. I secured a sick leave, free of charge, from my GP, without any grace period for six months :) In my case, it's lumbar and thoracic discopathy, lumbar stenosis, spinal degeneration, arthritis, lateral spurs on the spine, etc. My knees are sagging, he hasn't even touched them, haha. What's in the report, the doctor could have read from the MRI scans :). There's no mention of it in the report!!!! Sue is an orthopedist dealing with the above-mentioned ailments, but as you can see, Jerzy Kucharski doesn't care. And he didn't address me. He brushed me off. He's a doctor visiting from Poland. In my opinion, he didn't even write the report, because he was in Poland on vacation, and at a meeting, it was said that the above issues would be included, but they weren't. In the UK, there's no set time limit for a stay. The doctor decides, and Dorota will insist it's a month or two at most. It's pathetic that they're misinformed, and they'll keep arguing when they're wrong. A little humility, Dorota :) because you're not there for punishment; you're only getting paid, but for swearing, not for help and knowledge, as you can see. And please don't send me sleepy emails from the doctors or call me to explain this opinion, because there's nothing to explain. And I want nothing to do with this clinic. Your incompetence is so blatant it's shocking. Shameful!

Overall, I am happy with the receptionists and the dentist. Nice, professional and proper. Encouraged by the positive experiences, I decided to visit a surgeon and have the cyst on my head removed. Supposedly a simple procedure. The doctor was not very nice, sighed a lot and few things suited him. He wanted me to have blood tests done, but I had them done at my GP a few weeks earlier so I brought a printout. Overall, the procedure was done, a large cut, but ok. Everything was always ok so I thought it was done correctly. I was even happy that it was done so quickly. It took a long time to heal, but ok. The lesion was slightly swollen, but maybe that's how it should be. I didn't get much advice on what to expect during the visit. It hurt all the time, but I thought it was the scar that was pulling. For a few months I caught every possible infection until the pain turned into a sharp pain. The place swelled up and the skin opened up and pus and blood started to leak out. I just got back from the English hospital where they cleaned everything out for me. They found the remains of a cyst that hadn't been removed and it was sitting there and slowly rotting. I learned that this chronic, initially minor infection could explain my decreased immunity. They showed me the fragments that they took out during the cleaning. Generally, they said that it was a botched procedure. They also wondered how it was possible because even a medical student should be able to handle it better. The scar from the cut shouldn't look like that either. I understand that not every procedure is successful, but if the doctor doesn't want to, he shouldn't do the job. I will definitely not trust this clinic for anything serious again. Doctors should understand that the patient pays and therefore expects better service than the public health service. No one wants to listen to a doctor complain or have their work botched.
