Previous dental practice told me I needed root canal or an extraction. Registered here and within a week I was seen and tooth was fixed with a bigger filling. No root canal or extraction needed. Dentist and dental nurse Lauren were absolutely amazing and made me feel alot less nervous. Can't recommend this practice enough.

Struggled to get past the receptionist even after informing her that my mother was terminally ill with brain cancer (bed bound) and requiring a filling, standard response was "we don't do home visits", absolutely shocking and cold.One star is for them eventually doing a home visit after I escalated the situation to NHS Dental Services who forced the home visit.

I stay with Westside Dental Care from 2018. Nearly each visit I have new dentist and nurse. I asked for 3 D x-ray(CBCT). Reception booked for exam visit. Before reception made appointment to clinic where I can have CBCT. Luckily my dentist gave me a number and the nurse explained what is good to do if I would like to do implants outside. I'm Latvian and language is far from good. Maybe I'm very lucky person but I would like say Thanks to both-my dentist and nurse.

First visits were really good and I left feeling better than ever as I've always been embarrassed about the state of my teeth. However, two days ago I had a tooth fracture so I called to book an appointment, only to be told my dentist has left the practice and her replacement doesn't arrive until March 2024 and I CANNOT receive any treatments until then. Pretty sure if your dentist leaves they're supposed to inform patients...Today they have let me walk out the place with a decaying tooth in my head expecting it to survive until then....Wouldn't even inspect it to see if it's even savable until until March, what chance do I have? All this after being left up the creek with no paddle via COVID and lock downs etc. I also pay for treatments and the bill today was £13 odd, handed £15 cash to be told they didn't have change, I don't blame the staff at all for that, but for a place connected to the NHs to not have even £1 odd cash to hand is something else

Fantastic experience and I get anxious before my appointment cant help getting anxious but nothing to be anxious about as they are lovely and gentle dont feel a think thanks guys 😁🙏🏻❤️💯

The reception is very nice especially the new one the dentist are nice but the nursery are very rude and are impolite. Before I wrote my review I found another comment the same is mine so I think the manager must take of that. Please do not treat with the nursery.
